Looking to gain strength and lose BF

Need advice on best cycle. Not sure if a Test cycle would get what i am looking for. I am 5'9 191lbs 34 yrs old. Workout 5 days a week plus 3 nights of softball. Diet is so so. Don't really want to bulk up, looking to lose BF and gain strength. Thanks!

change your diet from so so to spot on and youll get what your looking for.
 
But what if

I have had my diet in check before but still want to gain more strength then what i was able to. What would you recommend

i would recommend a prop and Anavar (var) cycle.

prop at 100mgs/eod
anavar at 50mgs/day

but you still need to get your diet in check.
 
Yea agreed-
Week 1-6 test Prop 100mg eod
Week 1-6 anavar 50mg Ed
Add some low dose clenbuterol
(optional) week masteron prop 1-6 100mg eod

Guaranteed fat loss and not so much muscle with a good diet
 
The implications in your post denote this will be your preliminary cycle. What is your BF% if it is over 15% I do not recommend the implementation of gear.
 
Utilize the following cycle.

1-12 Test E 500mg
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg ED
14-18 Clomid 100/50/50/25

If you want to drop some fat while on cycle utilize an OTC for preliminary cylce. Forged burner is rated highly.

Your diet is going to have to be very clean. Post your projected Diet in the diet forum and we will help you tweak it.
