im a bit distressed! i've been droppin reps on my favorite excersise SQUATS.
i was getting 10 reps out for three sets then one week it was 10, 10, 8 then next week 10, 8, 8 then 8,8,8 you get the point.
im lost as to why im going backwards? its killing me.
do i need to take some time off squats?
