Well, when I was on .5mg before my E2 was at 42 and was flagged high and was to be less than 29. On .75mg my E2 came back at 12 which was less than the top end of 29.
From what others have said it seems like the regular panel is usually 10-15 points higher than the sensitive. So a regular 40 would ballpark be a sensitive 25-30 if I'm not mistaken.

The high end of our range for E2 here is 160 pmol which is 44 pg/ml....
From the labs I have I've been right at 160 pmol/l while on HCG monotherapy at 1500 i.u./week
I don't know my current levels....
