Hey guys been having low t symptoms for a while.(fatigue, brain fog,
Lack of motivation, crappy libido) went to primary doc, all labs came back normal but free t was only 12.4. Its within range but at the very bottom especially for my age. I've lost my energy and motivation to exercise and haven't worked out in a while. First doctor said i was fine, so i went to an endo. He didn't even check my t levels. He checked my thyroid values which were normal. My total t was around 700. I'm suspecting high e2 or shbg. Idk i'm just tired of feeling like crap. I made an appointment with a urologist for next week. I'm hoping he can help me find a solution. I'll keep you guys updated through my whole experience. I think it could help other guys out who might find themselves in my situation. I do wonder what solutions if any, the doctor will come up with. I hope he's good. I don't always feel depress but i feel like garbage all the time and i hate it. If you guys could share your experiences here i would really really appreciate it.

P.s. i get a good amount of sleep. Eat well, my vitamin D was in the upper range(80's) i take magnesium and zinc. Nothing really helps. I really hope this guy will dig deeper and find some way to help me. I know testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is drastic especially since my total t is decent. Maybe something to lower e2 if it's too high. Im thinking it shbg. Ill post any new labs i get.

Can you post all your old labs with reference ranges? That would help.

There is way to get labs run on your own and it is cheap. Private MD - Buy Lab Tests Online. if you are interested I can recommend a panel to run that should cover everything at a reasonable cost. But first post your old labs results with reference ranges.

Based on what you said about your labs, I suspect that not too many doctors will be willing to help with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or any type of hormone therapy. I think that most doctors would refer you to a psychologist because that is what happened to me. I actually had low levels though. Best case scenario, you convince the doctor to allow you to try something but I think that's a slim chance. I had luck getting Clomiphene Citrate which I think has helped me. I started a thread explaining my case if you're curious.

I wish you the best of luck! I know how it feels to feel like garbage and no one will provide answers!
