You should spend some time reading how the HPTA works. Google makes finding information trivial, and there are a great deal of very informative threads here in fact that go into both the TLDR version as well as the very dry medical explanation.
This knowledge helps you to make better decisions regarding your health. I would start with the FAQ in the TRT section in fact.
Stone age humans lived to about 35 years old and often died from the inability to eat due to things like tooth decay, seriously. They were nomads that followed fat-rich sources of nutrients, like local herds of animals that would seasonally travel. Agricultural advances didn't occur for a significant amount of time, and actually is what is considered the dawn of a new age for mankind.
Anyway, enough of the history lesson. You seem to want a fix, but need to understand that there are just so many things that can cause what you're experiencing, it's difficult at best to even guess what would be the best way to attack things. Many state diet, not because they think you're a dumb kid, but because it literally is the number ONE cause for many issues we face. Not just body composition, but everything from adrenal fatigue to insulin resistance to hypothyroidism and as you're potentially seeing - hypogonadism.
You are what you eat. It's not just a catchy phrase, it's the balls to bones truth. I'm not going to bullshit you; people make MILLIONS of dollars trying to convince folks that this simple truth isn't true - but they wouldn't make money selling fad diets, drugs, training devices, and god-knows what else they can market.
It's totally in your best interests to not only to learn what you're eating (the Internet once again makes this trivial, not to mention smart phone apps), but HOW to eat.
Next, I would request that your LH/FSH/vit D/estradiol/prolactin be looked at. These hormones are responsible for testosterone production, and will help paint a bigger picture as to what is going on. For example, if you have an almost non-existent LH, that could mean that there is something interfering with your pituitary gland's production of the hormone - like sleep apnea. If you had a high LH signal, conversely, you may be experiencing a very common issue where the connecting structures in your testes have twisted around - known as varicoceles. The good news is that both of these are treatable, and WON'T interfere with your development from puberty.
It's always best to investigate and rule things out before jumping into a decision that will last the rest of your life. I had a total test about one third of yours, so I TOTALLY know how it feels to have low testosterone. Keep learning, you'll find the right answer that will get you back to feeling 100% better one way or another.
