Fuck.. My brother is 17 years old and he pushes him self really hard he literally passes out sometimes during his practices but he's not having any results
Took him to a doc and did a testosterone blood test( dammit here in canada they use nmol/l) it took a while to think of converting it to ng/dl and when I did it was 354ng/dl !!!!! Now that's gotta be low in his age right?? He doesn't know a lot about those stuff so when I told it was normal he just went back to his practice couldn't convincee The doctor into putting him to any kind of therapy due to the result that shows normal test level
12.3 range 6 - 27nmol/l I'm really feeling sorry for him I'm not sure what to do as I don't think giving him any AAS would be a good idea, BTW here's the blood results don't mind what I wrote on it it just some of my thoughts etc..:

so stop overtraining, eat good food, and get some rest. you may be suprosed what that can do for test levels. also has he hit puberty? has he finished puberty? these could also be a factor. also, overtraining will cause someone to not see results. less is more to a certain extent.

Nothing
He was diagnosed with over training syndrome
Because he used to train from 5-7 hours a day

There is no way he could efficiently train that long for any sport...

35 to 49 hours of training a week...hahaha...ya right!

Maybe he hasn't even hit puberty yet.

If you are trying to say that I'm lying then shut up.
He trains 3hours swimming in the morning
3hours in the afternoon ,1.5-2 hours gym
Then he fuckin go to sleep he have no life
He only eats swim, swim, go to the gym, and sleep
He also stopped going to school because of his
Goals that are not being achieved that's why I really care about him

This thread is absolutely pointless just don't post anyomre if
U don't have something good to say

Is he training (ineffectively) for the Olympics?

If he knows that he is overtraining AND it is harming him physically AND he still chooses to continue then he needs to see a psychologist. Something is wrong with him mentally. That is where you should focus your help.

Continuing to put the same posts up throughout the forums isn't going to help.

Good. I still don't believe you.
No way he is in the water for 6 hours a day!
And I've trained with some professional and Olympic athletes.

Now you have even increased the hours of training to 7.5 to 8 hrs per day.
You originally stated 5 to 7 hours.
I will never ever believe you because those hours are very inflated!

I said 5-7 hours because I thought that no one is going to blelieve me saying the real amount

Fact of the matter is
He have OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) with his goals
So, because your not believing me i respect what you think
But let me tell you that when he was swimming during the Syrian war
He used to wake up at 3am before the alarm goes off I saw him waiting for the clock to
Ring then he stops it
Then he goes 3:20am out in the street
Looking for someway to make able to travel 8 km to the swimming pool
Most of the times he ran these 8km but he didnt use to say that so my parent don't stop him from going to the pool because they get more afraid as the situation that was in Syria is more than enough
But I used to see him starting to run the 8km way and I just
Go inside and can't sleep the whole night thinkin about him
Until he gets there it's about 4:15 or 4:20 the he waits the usual 30min until it gets 5am then he starts to swim until 8am then he gets back with a bus (because it's around 9am when he gets out of the pool so there are some transport)
10:15 he's home now your going to ask me why does it take soooo long in the bus
We'll because there are thing called road blocks all the way home, that's why
Then 2:30pm he gets out takes a bus around 4pm he's at the pool
Waits 30min for rest then swims from 4:30pm to 7:30pm
8pm he's out of the pool (low traffic in the night so he's home at around 9pm
At the same second he gets home I feel that his legs are going to break
He wears his gym shoes right away runs to the gym trains 1-2 hours , around 11 he's home eats
Then sleep..

I never tell his life cause it depresses me a lot
Sometimes I tell myself that I should do something
Then I ask god to give him what he deserves
And I don't think being only an "Olympian"
Would give him what he deserves

My brother suffered enough
So please if you have something good to say then say it
But if you are trying to say that a person with this determination
Does not exist, well I'm sorry to tell you that you are wrong

Ok. That information makes a complete story that helps validate what you are saying.

It sounds like he is very dedicated.

He needs to listen to the Dr. And get further blood results, but it sounds like his environmental stressors and amount/type of training isn't helping him achieve his goals

My best advice would be to get an Olympic swimming coach and trainers...AND for him to listen to them.

ther's nothing to say, as a help.

the first thing that he should concider is certainly not the amount of testosterone... but LH and FSH. and to compare it with the normal ratio for his age.

anyway, ther's nothing to do other than 1) rest at least one EOD, and less concentrated workout.

So he sleeps 4 hours a day while doing a heavy training regimen and you are wondering why his testosterone is low? Again, this just proves that he needs the help of a psychologist and/or psychiatrist.

I think you got it, thanks :)
Also he eats a lot of simple sugar I searched and found that sugar raises
Aromatase enzymes which in turn raises estrogen so you have lower testosterone
Thanks for your help :)

Please go with Meg's posts. Stop trying to be a scientist / doctor. This OCD is most of his problem and he needs a psych to help. Probably some meds and I say psychotropic meds. It takes time with an MD psych to get this under control and his test levels and Estrogen levels might just fall into place when he gets properly diagnosed and on the correct meds and slows down.

The mind can be fvcked up due to the body as well as the body screwing up the mind. Good luck But really no more threads on this please...This is a steroidology forum and I am being nice guy.

Bottom line is he is over training. There's no doubt he's hitting a calorie deficit at times and just destroying his cns, not to mention his hormones. His adrenal glands are going to be so burnt out he's going to hit the wall. I have spent a lot of time working with athletes. He needs guidance from a proper coach to monitor his training, help with diet and a sports psychologist. Good luck.

I agree with Mega. The boy has some issues if he lives like that. Im not here to put him down, or you for that matter. He seriously needs some professional advice mentally and physically meaning a Dr and a trainer.

Mike, go to the gym and train your chest everyday of the week for ONLY 2 hours. Do this for 4 weeks. Will you be benching more each time you train? NO. The boy is over training and under resting. I guarantee if he took a week off and got some pussy or had fun doing something other then training he would feel like a new boy. Don't even think about AAS for him. It will ruin his future as a man.

Let me take a guess in his stats:

5'10"
145lbs
-2%bf

Dude, you need to listen to these guys! I mean...your "brother" needs to listen. My "brother" Has problems with giving hot girls way too many orgasms. I must get him some help some time

Overtraining can mess you up, also hes only 17 so he is not finished development yet. Id not think of hrt till at later age, if he still needs it.
he needs to rest more, workout only 3-4 days a weeka nd only 40min-1.5hrs at a time IMO. google "dc training" that is also decent

this is likely due to the training, lack of sleep, and a poor diet... if he fixes his sleep and his diet he should have normal levels
