currently on a test only cycle my back is killing me from dead lifts, should i take a small break from the gym or take it easy while training?
just got my weight belt today, someone told me to try to go without a belt or ill become dependent on it but screw it i got me a belt. ill give my lower back a rest for the week and we'll see how that goes thanks for the tips my dudes

any certain stretches you guys like do before dead lifts?
if ur on cycle the pain in your pack might not be at all related to deadlifts bro... rapid increase in bodyweight when on cycle can sometimes cause unbearable back pumps... for me I'm fine till I go over 240, but everytime I break the 240 mark i have to bear with the pain for a week or two
