Lowest ammount of test needed to cut.

Is 250mg/week enough to prevent muscle loss while on a proper cutting diet? Is test even needed for this? I want to get really lean but dont want to lose any muscle.

that should do. I like 350mg of prop a week though. Maybe a little Anavar (var), that are tren, umm that sounds good.
 
Sweet. If by chance I am losing a bit of muscle I could always bump it up to 250mg every 5 days or something. Sound good?

It's every bit as important if not more to train heavy and keep your protein high, while trying to cut.
 
i here alot of bro's in there off period are still using 250mg's of test a week... to keep alot of there gains....but these guys are on 1000mg+ a week....... is this true....

Sounds like a good plan to me.
 
it really depends on how harsh your diet is, if its mild then you dont need much. On the contest diet that I just finished, I used a lot of gear and still lost some size
