Please Keep us updated, I am interested to see how you go . Re Calve site injections you started with - any gains there and did you just do the outer upper calve muscle? does that mean the the inner calve gets neglected on gains? good luck...

I tried different spots on the calves, it didn't seem to matter. I have decent calves anyway, and this was causing my calves to get too pumped and killed my cardio on the treadmill, so I've resorted to only injecting arms/delts. It is my opinion that spot injecting this stuff may give you say 100% affect on that muscle, but all the other muscles are still getting maybe 75% of the affect of this in the blood stream so it's not critical to me to balance the shots on different muscle heads etc.
 
I have 333mcg of IGF left. I will likley divide than into 7-10 doeses. I inject PWO and have a good post workout meal and my arms stay really full for about 24 hours. Insulin would be a lot cheaper, but the IGF seems to be safer since I haven't had any blood sugar issues.
Overall, I'd say daily PWO 11mcg is noticeable, 20-30mcg is ok, 30-40mcg is good, 40-50 mcg is great. Much like Ozzy27 stated. I guess it's a matter of your budget, goals, and what else you are running. I'd love to run this with stacked with some other stuff in the near future.
 
thanks. I'm thinking of trying igf1 during my next post cycle therapy (pct), but to be honest IMO it's not as "tried and tested" as AAS has been over the decades, that kinda scares me. I know its off the subject a little but how long have Bodybuilders been using it for, Eg Was it being used in Arnold's days?

Man, I've been gone from this site for a while. I was doing a search for igf and I'm glad I came back hear. It's good to know that you had so much progress because I'm strongly considering running this in the future.

hey mofo.... so wat's your overall opinion on igf... wud u prefer to do it over aas if money is not an issue....nd hw much muscle have u gained ...nd fat u've lost????
 
It hasn't caused any fat loss, possibly due to taking in so many carbs while taking the IGF. I do recommend the product and would use it again, with or without steroids, but steroids are a better bang for the buck. The good thing about the IGF, is little to no sides and don't need all the ancillaries that you need when cycling. I don't normally take my measurements, but I have added visibly noticeable lean mass to my arms and shoulder which is where most of the injections have been done.
 
no pics were taken. I can tell you that I would not have made gains this fast naturally though.

No this is new science. So it was not used back in Arnolds day.
 
did you get your igf from peptides direct?

I used 20mcg post works in each bicep for 4 weeks. I didnt notice much then but after a few months I noticed that my arms where growing faster then the ever did. I assume this was do to new cell growth at the injection site.
 
my peptides came from Iron Dragon. I've been happy with them but will likely try Peptidesdirect because I like to support the board sponsors. I saw better results from this than i could ever get naturally. I can tell I'm more anabolic while on it, but it's not dramatic like steroids, but I should be able to keep all the gains and I had almost no sides
 
what info do you need?

I was curious as to your injection schedule, how noticeable the results were at 11mcg daily, and whether or not you did cardio.

Reason being is because I'm a college athlete and I'm planning an igflr3 cycle using the same format as you. My plan is to inject in the morning because I won't be able to inject immediately after a team workout. I want to obviously get all the benefits of the cycle, but I want the gains to be fairly gradual so that my teammates don't start to wonder. Finally, a portion of my workout is cardio, and I wanted to know if the igf had any negative effects on your cardio.
 
I just did cardio here and there, no effect on my cardio. At 11mcg the results were just enough to know that I was using something. I really like the results of 40-50mcg PWO. I think the PWO part is pretty important, so not sure how that will work for you. I drove home before injecting, so injection was probably 15-20 mins PWO, ideally it would be right away. The gains were gradual, it was not dramatic like steroids. My arms just got fuller and I've kept the gains. Good luck.
