MAJOR pain on first injection in delt

my m8(he uses gear him self) injected me for the first time into my delt and after a few hours it was startin to hurt and after a day the pain has got worse i can hardly move my arm. dose anyone no wot it cud be? thanx

What did you inject and what pin size did you use?

It always hurts the first few times.

it gets better. as long as it doesnt get red and inflamed or progressively get worse over the course of a few days, theres nothing to worry about.

it was test 400 it was a blue pin he used, cant beleave how pain full it is lol, i just hope its nowt to worry about, it is abit swolen but cant reali see any redness.wot you think i shud do if it dosent get better after a week or so? i have been training to.

ok thanx bast, yep i live in te uk, the blue ones are 1.5 inch.

I would probably stay away from your delt with the t400 blend. High test blends are notorious for having high BA content. You could easily rotate glutes/thigh and be ok as you would only need twice weekly injects. My suggestion would to be see how the next one goes in your ass, and if still hurts, cut it with some Eq. you should be ok mate...check this out last week i did a right butt shot with test and decca never felt a thing best shot ive ever dune cuss it was if i hadent pind at all.....well did the left butt cheek yestday and fckin hell have i got a sore left butt ...

anyway as siad just keep an eye on it ....it should go in a day or two as mine always do...

somtimes its gonna hurt because dont forget you are sticking a one inch or more needle in ya and oil.....

try showering and get some heat with the water on where you pined

1.5" is too long for delts...

Always inject super SLOW, and don't move around while ur injecting.

Stop being a pussy - its not MAJOR pain, its discomfort. Major pain is missing fingers or bones sticking through skin.
