yall are right i didnt go ass to the floor and it really wasnt a max but i did do 815 with the help of spotters. im not trying to sit here and say i squatted 815 no1 can do that, afterall i said so myself it was weak, im not denying that.
1. smith machine
2. 2 spotters
3. belt on
4. not all the way down
the point of me attempting it was because it was said i couldnt do it, but i did do it partially. as for a squat just me and the bar alone, i dont know what that max will be (maybe ill attempt that next week and put up some more believeable #s for you guys? what do yall think it will be based on what i have said? as far as leg press i dont think it matters what your max in on there, right?
