sup guys its been a while, im coming at you with another question about waist size.

ive been trying to compare arnold, frank zane, and steve reeves to find out what makes there physique the top in bb.....everywhere ive stumbled, i see that they measured a waist size of 28 (except arnold).....but i found what they measure was at the belly button and not at the actually waist(where your pants would/your pants size)....my question is, is it possible to get a 28 size for a grown man at the pants line? or are they really just talking about from the belly button around?

my mind is going in circles. how did you even brew this question up?

I'm just wondering... When did it occur to you to be like, 'shit, i need to get my pant size down to a 28'.

And the fact that you through in 'grown man'.... just made me howl.

Google, "how to measure waist line" - I think you'll figure it out, you are a grown man, right?

^^^ i think that about sums up everyone's thoughts on the topic, at least mine are lol. German do you even lift?! :D

The naval area is the waist. Clothing manufacturers and retailers are incorrect.

It's just cause everything is "low rise" now. Look at old folks, that's technically the proper way to wear pants... up at your belly button. If you buy say a nice pair of dress pants, the pants come up a lot higher than jeans would because they are measured properly.

Small wrists are a plus. I prefer small wrists.

I have small wrists. Everyone says it makes your forearms look bigger, but I don't think that's the case. Half of my forearm is the same size as my wrist, then like tapers up towards my elbows. Maybe I just have shitty forearms.

So what do ppl consider small wrists? A certain set point in measurements or based off if you can touch fingers around your wrist with the other hand? Not really worried about it but I think my wrists are kind of small considering that like 3 of my day's fingers are about the same width as my wrist :(. His fingers are insanely thick, not fat, just very very strong and big

Hell no! I just throw weights around and look pretty.. Eh Doc, do you even run gear!?

German you know better than to ask me that, I've only pinned crisco and spam...I'm still gear shopping for the greatest stack in the history of man...you know...kind of like Xyzz's stack of ~400mg tren EVERYDAY!!!

Upright row more.

I never upright row... :( I do hit forearms directly 2x/week though, and I only use straps on heavy lifts to finish sets after my grip fails. I'm probably just being overly judgmental of myself and comparing my forearms to people with forearms bigger than my fucking legs lol.

Forearm training is worthless. I never train them. using a spotter to go beyond failure and extended rest periods will grow your arms.
