measurements

So what do ppl consider small wrists? A certain set point in measurements or based off if you can touch fingers around your wrist with the other hand? Not really worried about it but I think my wrists are kind of small considering that like 3 of my day's fingers are about the same width as my wrist :(. His fingers are insanely thick, not fat, just very very strong and big

If I encircle my wrist with middle finger to thumb they... idk, a little more than just touch each other, but don't really overlap. I measured them not too long ago, and I believe they are 7 in. I consider that to be small.

Mine just barely touch. I'm going home to measure now lmao. I'm curious as to how I "stack up"
 
Forearm training is worthless. I never train them. using a spotter to go beyond failure and extended rest periods will grow your arms.

I just recently started hitting them directly because I'm trying to bring them up. It probably is pointless though. I'm sure they get worked enough from reverse / hammer curls and heavy barbell lifts.

Forearm training is worthless. I never train them. using a spotter to go beyond failure and extended rest periods will grow your arms.

Also any pressing movement and almost all lifts in general will work forearms isometrically. I've never done forearm work but heavy deadlifts, rack pulls, press, bench press, power cleans, snatches, jerks, even squats will hit forearms. Plus there's so much more important things to train with limited resources (time mainly) that devoting a specific day or part of a training day to forearms is a waste.
 
I've been throwing them in at the end of my workouts some days just to see if I notice a difference. If not, then fuck it I won't waste my time. It's not that they're necessarily disproportionate or anything, just want them bigger :)
 
Dre.. lets get you running tren and clen ... throw some var in... no test though cause, you won't need it.. go talk to that chicks man, he'd know best about running compounds without test... i'm sure he's doing well ;) he'll help you out with your PCT to (cause i'm sure he's a specialist in that too)... with that kind of cycle, you can bulk those forearms right up, and get veinier then a crackhead!

Not to derail another thread, well maybe a little, but if those are your forearms I wonder if your do me the honor of jerking it for me. I'd imagine it to be the best out there with those guns lmao
