Hit shoulders tonight. The pumps were absolutely insane. I upped the var to 100mg a day yesterday and boy could I tell in the gym today. I was so fucking pumped it was painful. Did DB military press, upright rows, side DB laterals, shrugs, and bent over laterals. Felt huge and vascular in the gym. Was a great workout. Def up in weight but feeling fuller and still very vascular. Abs are still present.

It has been better since but i also had dropped the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and upped the letro. The jury is still out on this one.
 
I don't think I'm that low...I'd say I'm more like 12 percent but I'm not sure. I'm not trying to get crazy lean, just to look good for the summer and hold mass. Ephedrine can be bought at the pharmacy under the name bronkaid or Primatene if you live in the US. You just have to show ID to get it like you do with pseudophedrine.



Due to funds and giving the receptors a break on weekends. I use the peps on off days from GH. I do 2iu in the morning and 2iu in the afternoon.

i like your gameplan with the gh. i always run my gh 5/2.. id rather get good hgh and run 5/2 then buy cheaper shit to run 7 days a week.Like that you added peptides to boost your gh levels on off days.. you talking about a ghrp/ghrh combo right? sorry if i missed, i didnt see it in your main thread

do you feel the n2slin is helping the body recomp at all? i mean shit you look great, awesome progress

Thanks cane i'm with you on that. Def enjoying the gh so far. I def feel the n2slin is helping. I've been putting on weight but no fat. Feels like some water from the gh and lean muscle. And yeah using the ghrp/ghrh combo 3 times a day on off days from gh.

Have you ever tried increasing frequency and lowering volume? I had a plateau about a year and a half ago, back when I was still natty, and I attribute increased frequency to pulling me out of it. When I switched over it seemed like I was re-experiencing my noob gains for about the first two months and I continued to gain steadily after that. Keep in mind that I had been lifting for 5 1/2 years at that time so gains like that were pretty rare to come by. Nowadays I base my workouts on the concept that frequency>intensity>volume.

If you haven't tried it I bet you'd find the switch a very enjoyable experience.

Thanks man. Now up to 212-215. Cycle will probably be close to another 6wks.

Thanks bro. Getting much better today. I was in bed for almost two days with a fever. Couldn't eat or even keep fluids down. It sucked but I'm back up and running today. Gonna hit some upper body tonight.
