Need help with 2nd cycle. Did first cycle with test e but I'm pretty sure it was bunk. Compete in 2012 at a local bb show in the teen division. Looking to make the switch to men's physique. Trying to gain 10 pounds by next summer when I compete to go pro. Thinking 500 mg prop with 400 mgs eq. Pct clomid and nolva. Want to stay lean and I know diets a big part of that. Advice please
