Messed up on dose on first pin

hey,

just got my pins in mail today. I went to inject my quad today and only injected .5ml by accident.

my genshi test e is 250mg/1ml

im running the test e at 500mg a week.

So to fix this should i do 1.5ml next shot?

or do another shot with .5ml in quad again today?

alright thanks alot. i was so happy when the package came i rushed it a bit n relized after i fucked it up. lol o well i just pin another .5ml in the quad.

i was gonna pin glute but wasnt 100% sure on location and a bit akward of a reach so i decided to do quad. Sat down on a chair and did the inject. No pain injecting felt like a pinch going in, everything went smooth. Now the quad is a bit stiff walking around but still no pain.

But from what ive read ill probaly be feeling some pain over the next few days.

Take a hot bath before pinning...after 3 weeks your g2g, no more pain.

Some ibuprofen helps too

I would just do the other. 5 today. I still haven't built up the courage to hit my quad.
