Minor sides from AI or Dbol?

I am 4th day into my first cycle; injected test on day 1. Took also Dbol and Aromasin from day 1 till day 4 (now). Doses are not that far seperate.
I got minor sides already like:

-Body warming up (hot body)
-Little headache (nog big deal tho)
-Hot flashes (like skipping little time)
-Tiredness (i sleep early and sleep accually good)

Some could be psychological I don't know. I'm going to toilet every 30min so my water intake is high i guess.

I'm curious which one could be cousing this. Or maybe both?

You could be experiencing test flu give it a few days and see how you feel.

Yes first cycle, first shot 3 days ago. Went very smooth

Oh yeah duh totally missed that.... Sry. People are advised to start with one thing at a time that way they know what their body is reacting too. Should had just started with test and saved the dbol for another cycle. But as mentioned above, sounds like the test flu bro.
