Missed a shot ????

My stuff got confiscated while i was on vacation and i missed my thursday shot i am doing it monday morning and thursday night. So as soon as i got back i did the shot sunday night. Should i double up or maybe to it again today?? Oh and i am doing 750 mgs of Test Enanth. and 400 of EQ a week.
