Tired of my wheels spinning. Need some feedback. Gotta intense job(been at it 7 years). 10-12 hour work days, drivin a truck doin deliveries. no breaks. Heavy lifting, pulling, pushing, walking. etc. Muscles dont get time to recover after gym workouts. Tough to keep a good diet. burning too many calories. Then after all that come home to take care of a 6 month old. inconsistent sleep. Tried numerous cycles, had success and failures. but overall i cant keep weight on. Quit my job?? lol. hope this thread is in the right forum. just tired of not reaching my goals(and keeping them)due to my vigurous lifestyle.
