morning motivation?

I have been trying to get in a littl 15 mins sprinting session in the morning before breakfast and work. But the first 30mins I role out of bed I feel like an old man. By back and neck are stiff and my body is a slug tell Ihit that coffee! what ways dpo you motivate and get the body going to do morning cardio. The key is time. since I want to get as much sleep to grow and then be able to get to work on time!

i crank one out in the morning and once my demon seed sits in a tubesock im full of energy and motivated for the gym...(i wash my hands of course)
 
Aint all that good to have sex/masturbate before hitting the gym..

+ testosterone levels rise if you dont....

I always thought you shouldn't blow a load b4 the gym but your saying it helps you huh?

I always thought it might be detrimental to have sex before weightlifting. You know that feelin you get after you blow on her where you kinda "dont want anythign to do with her" for a few minutes , then it comes right back? lol

That seems like testosterone takes a dive and that's why. HMMM :druggie:

As far as morning cardio drop some aminos with an ephedrine and a peice od fruit and plenty of water and then go for a jog at least that works for me. Well actually I need to eat eggs also tpo get energy in the morning for a jog.
 
I have my unemployed friend come wake me at 6:30, throw in a power aid/trac creatine mix and I am good to go in 15 minutes, helps having a workout partner too.
