I have been trying to get in a littl 15 mins sprinting session in the morning before breakfast and work. But the first 30mins I role out of bed I feel like an old man. By back and neck are stiff and my body is a slug tell Ihit that coffee! what ways dpo you motivate and get the body going to do morning cardio. The key is time. since I want to get as much sleep to grow and then be able to get to work on time!
