Most Disliked Training Day?????????

I just wanted to get a post going with everyones opinion on their most hated or disliked day to train.

For me personally I really do not enjoy doing my shoulders. As of late they have been getting a lot more growth as I have been hitting them extremely hard. However I would rather do legs over shoulders anyday. Shoulders seem time consuming and all the lifts are the most uncomfortable when compared to other exercises.

That my two cents what about you guys?

Leg days suck. After doing upper body I leave the gym feeling accomplished and "big" after doing legs if just feel like I look retarded having trouble walking. JMO

I don't really dislike any day but if I had to choose, it feels like leg day is the most "taxing" and brutal yet seems to yeild the fewest results... for me anyway.

same here

Changes week to week. I might have a great back day one week and just completely miss my marks and feel weak the next week.

Or I might have a great month and a terrible week, its never the same.

I will agree with that Cardio SUCKS! I have never been a runner in my life. I hated the guys who could run 3 miles in under 20 minutes when we were in jr high.

Cardio right now for me is maybe an hour a week just because I am trying to bulk and dont wanna lose any muscle. What type of cardio do u feel is best for leaning down?

Whenever I use the elliptical I feel like I am going and going for 45minutes and never really feel like a burn calories but if I run for 10minuties I am more tired than I would be from the elliptical.

Anything having to do with legs just kicks my ass. Squats, lunges, deads, whatever.

A good back workout comes in second behind legs.

I hate doings legs and abs the most. Also, depending on the workout I am doing, I either love or hate biceps (I friggin' hate curling dumbells!) I get so lazy on legs too, I hate them so much that I just do two machines and stop. My legs are enormous though, I don't even really have to work them out anyways. They are strong as hell too. I leg press over 1,000lbs easy and I hardly workout my legs.

Cardio can be fun if you mix it up a bit. Buy a weighted vest or a parachute and go run on a track or something. I hate the treadmill, nothings more boring than that, so I use the elliptical.

It is weird how everyone has their own likes and dislikes. I personally love dumbell curls and hate bar bell curls unless they are preachers.

Favorite Excercise that I do out of all routines I would say is Front Squats.

i think i would have to say leg day for just about all the same reasons stated above! :) its kinda funny because i love doing squats but i don't like leg day, figure that one out!

Legs are great! when u cant get off the shitter the next two days without pulling yourself up then you know you had a great workout

bro that's nothing, a few years ago i would fall out of no where! to this day i have no idea why and it has not happened since then but every time i worked legs, that night i would fall all over the place! i would just be standing or walking and the next thing i knew i was on the ground, my legs would just give out! it sucked because at that time i worked grave yard shift at a hospital and had to be on my feet all night but i swear i was on my ass more then my feet, the DR.'s were ready to check me in! :) funny shit right!

i echo legs. once i get started i can usually get into it. but some leg days, i dread having to go. the hard part isn't the lifting, its fighting the urge to not go at all. Nice thing about legs is there is plenty of exercises to vary it up a bit.

favorite is def back. something about having sore muscles between your shoulder blades that feels really good.

I'm gonnna be one of the only "odd balls" in this conversation and say I FUCKIN LOVE LEG DAY but dont care for chest day. I blew my shoulder out a little over a year ago and I'm still trying to get that shit squared away. A good legday makes me want to push shit over and laugh!
