muscle cramping and pulling muscles.

The last couple of months I keep getting serious craps after a good workout, mainly legs. Also when I jog or do sports I pull my leg muscles frequently. Could anyone please help me with this

YOU NEED AMINO ACIDES, taurine and potassium. Supplement them and the cramps will go away the same day.

You need them to recover and grow too. If your cramping you need to focus on your diet and supplements. I recommend doing research on amino acids and muscle growth.

Any quality BCAA sup will do after you get balanced. You will still need to watch the taurine and potassium

Mr. Roberts thank you for your help. I am pretty new at all this, use to train with a trainer and it was all taken care of. Now I am training solo, so please forgive me for asking but what does BCAA mean. On the supplements that you are refering to, do you have particular brand that you recommend. Thank you for all your help.

To treat the cause - warm up a lot more (if you're pulling muscles)

PLUS

To treat the symptoms and help in recovery
-
a good muscle relaxant (to take pressure off the ligament) plus an NSAID (arcoxia or plain keto or even ibu (profens) if nothing else available) --- and a few days rest.

For the cramping the other advice is right-on.

BCAA= Branched Chain Amino Acids (good stuff)
