well heres mine- was on a cycle from last feb to sept... come october I had the house to myself since parents went on vacation. That month I did very bad recreational activites and lost a shitload of wieght. This was not good for pct, lol. Anyway november came and I started getting seriouse again, every week or so I made some gains. I went from 225 on cycle to 212-215 off, then to 207 from that month. After a month or so I got back to 218-220. Now the gains dont feel like going back on cycle but they were nice.
