Just wondering what most of you guys are using and recommend as part of your training, thanks.

Most supplements are just garbage to me,i just use the basics

Bcaa's
Creatine
Amino Acids
Glutamine
L-Arginine(Nitric Oxide)
Protein(for post workout)

I use pre workouts every so often if im tired or worn out before workouts, but not all the time

BCAA's go with Scivation's Xtend. You can find logs and reviews easy on that one and his a lot of peoples fav. Protein Def Myofusion by Gaspari or MP Combat. Both have solid profiles and taste amazing. Creatine mono is still popular but APS has one called Creatine Nitrate. I like it cause it doesn't give me the bloat effect. Check into Pes as well. They have a ton of reviews on all their products. Best of luck and check out Orbitnutrition.com, they carry a ton of the supps with very quick shipping.

Protein
Creatine
BCAA's
Multi-V
Fish Oil

I also take a variety of supplements for cholesterol/blood pressure support. This is important for anyone that plans on juicing long term. Glucosamine for joints helps a lot too. I like whey to build muscle for protein, its by far the best i've tasted. Powerchews are great for BCAA's. Very convenient to just chew a few up when in need of some extra aminos.

Same here, plus a good multivitamin, fish oil, and right now liver support. I've always had BP on the higher side, so I take a baby aspirin a day and it helps.

Here are my staples:

N2Slin
Multi
Omega 3 supplement
Creatine
BCAAs
PreWorkout

The same, with some added...

Muscle Replenisher
Whey to Build Muscle Rocky Road protein
Modern BCAA's
Gear
Anabeta ( I like this supplement)

My preworkouts are...N2KTS, PWO Zero Loss, PWO Powerchews, but I want to try Craze...it seems to be the talk of the forums, got to try it.

It's an addiction, what can I say!!!!
