My 12 week Test E cycle 600mg a week!

ok so i just did my 9th inject i check to see if i was in a Vaine, it was good! but whe i was done i noticed there was a little blood in the needle. does that mean i hit a vaine, and did i waste the shot if i did????

no. just a lil drop of blood in seringue after inject. as well if any vain is pierced and the needle pass through her, it doesn't make nothing but a lil lump.

injecting in vain is worse. but is not the case.
 
well the reason why i think i might have injected in a vain is cuz after thr shot and i was masageing the site it did not hurt at all!

as far as weight im uo 11 pounds, dont know about BF i would say about the same!!!
 
all is good michael!... no pierced a vain nothing wrong. it's already fixed.

i did a lot of times, a lot guys did... We still OK.

11 pounds is good! well done! with same BF... you could not expect better.

you futur cycle with tren will be awesome.
 
shit man really i dont keep track of what i eat, but eat anything and everything... I do keep it healthy though!!!
 
man i just wonted to say that i have a short temper, it started ariund week 3! WTF i thought roid range was not real!!!
 
Lol Mike, I felt the same way around week 2. Eventually you'll start getting used to it, just remember to control yourself. Take the aggression to the gym.

On the other hand, how we looking? BF% same? Do you see anything? Hows the sex drive?
 
dude my sex drive is crazy i dont have a girl and im hateing it!!! i have gained 11lbs so far BF% looks to be the same but not sure! cant say i see a diffrents in the mirrior but i hope that changes soon...
 
Im in the same bout as you bro. Im 8 weeks in my cycle i dont feel any different except for about once a week i get real irratable and just seem to be mad all day for nothing, but i have a bad temper neway. But i have put on 20 pounds but jump started the cycle with anadrol witch is wat put the weight on. but 4 weeks off the anadrol now and still holding it. strength has gone up quite a bit tho

So you feel exactly the same as before cycle, except for the negligible facts that you're 20lbs heavier and much stronger? LOL :laugh3::laugh3::laugh3:

ihave only gained 11lbs, and added 10lbs to what i work out wth on bench...
 
EVOIX!!! ya thats me in the pic. my whole workout is posted in this thread look around you will find it. i have made a few changes on it i do 5-6 sets on each most the tom 10-12reps...

i was just think it would fill close to what i felt like when i was on Deca. But im starting to fill alittle more something each day, on cheast im still only working out with 235lbs!!! i have only add 10lbs on there so far, still think its not fully active yet!

ye mate seen your workout plan but cant see no shrugs??? is this what you do for traps?

bent DB rows
seated MG cable rows
bent DB laterals
hyper extention


iam trying to build my trap i cant seem to get a bridge from my neck to shoulders the rear of the traps are geting big but not the front if you no what i mean?....

I'd suggest adding some close grip upright rows as those seem to hit the traps higher towards the ears rather than lower towards the rhomboids.

Evoix oh man i guess there was a typo on my end and i forgot put my shrug workout!! this is it...

12-15 reps i do 4-6 sets on each depending how i fill. and go as heavy as you can but give up weight for form every time!

BB shurgs, DB shurgs, upright rows.... AND the hyper extention is for your lower back! i was tierd when i posted it.
