my 30 min training

Hey,

Monday is chestday.
I train for 30-35 minutes, and I'm doing about 8 workingsets.
I bust my ass of, after the training I couldn't do much more
because I trained so hard.

Everyone in my gym trains for 1 hour or more, twice a week!
I'm doing only 30 min once a week.
But the guys in my gym look like shit after many years of training.

So am I doing it right?
35 minutes once a week , but training like an animal thought.

Need some input,

Haahaa. I think he ment he only does chest once a week. I personally cant get it done in that amount of time(a proper workout that is). See how it works for you and let us know on your progress!
 
our routines normally take about 3 hours. and you not gonna get a proper workout done in 30 minutes if you training for strength. heres my last bench workout. see if you think you can do this in 30 minutes.
