my arms need help

Look this is how i lift.

Day 1 Chest/triceps
Day 3 Back/biceps
Day 5 Shoulders/abs
Day 7 Legs

But My arms aint growing anything...it sux so bad. Thats is the muscle group that is most important to me right now.
Thinking about doing one Biceps/Triceps day only...but i dont wanna get overtrained.

This how it looks like,
Chest 5 excersises, 3 set each
Triceps 2 excersises, 3 set each

The very same on Back/biceps

Trying to do new excersises every workout and my diet is pretty good. Lots of protein. I dont even wanna tell you how skinny my arms are compared to the rest of my sweet body
 
Kim your routine on back and bench, incorporate the same secondary muscles in your routine.
Work your bis in on Bench day
Tris in with Back.
How long have you been using this routine?
