Been on self prescribe testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for a month now because the doctors over here in UK aren't helping at all. Here are my latest results on 250 mg Test Enanthate every 5 days. I've converted into US units:

Testosterone - 1872
SHBG - 15
E2 - 63

I'm checking my glucose levels on a glucometer and ther are in the diabetic range of 242, wtf? Am I diabetic? I thought T was supposed to help insulin sensitivity and reduce spikes in blood sugar?

What are your stats man? Your height/age/weight/bodyfat %? You need to bump down to 150mg on the Test every 5 days cuz thats way too high and I would also reccomend taking 1mg of Anastrozole (Arimidex) 2 to 3 times a week to control your high e2!

how many days after you pinned did you wait before getting bloods done? You should wait to get bloods done the morning of your injection if you didn't. I injected today (saturday) and will inject again on thursday. Before I inject on thursday I will get my blood drawn, then inject when i get home.

I would suggest cutting your T dose in half, run that for a couple of months and then retest. The lower dose should also help lower that E2 number.
