My current deadlift program (opinions?)

Rocco me and you have our dead and bench numbers criss crossed. I saw you got 605x2 on bench and your working on 405 for deads. Ill be damned if I dont have the same numbers on the lifts only reversed.

I got my way up to 405 dead by pulling deads every week rain or shine. Then Id pull stifflegged deads and squat same week. If it works, it works.

2 sets of 50reps 2xw. slowly bring it up. this may help w/your back pain as well. strengthening the abs adds more support for the lumbar which in turn will allow more posterior core work. what does this mean? a bigger dead lift. :D

THis week will be the 5x5 with 315 belted. DO you guys think that at this point I should cut the volume back or wait another week or two or should I just shoot for the 5 sets? PB?

at that point I wll have one or two weeks of training left and I'm thinking atsome point I should be putting my suit on. When should I get into my suit? How far out of the meet? ALso from my last wek uof doubles should I just stick to doubles at that point like you would with bench?
 
I think you at least have to be putting on the bottom half of your suit at some point soon

odd jumps. anyway...... wear your suit at least 4 weeks. the last 2 weeks should be singles.

really? I thought singles will burn you out too soon? Never heard of singles in pre-meet training. But you pull more than me so I WILL try it. :)
