My cycle

Just started this today. Have previous cycle experience. Arimidex, Clomid and Nolva on hand. 12 Weeks of 400mg Test-C. DBol Weeks 1-4 ramp up to 30mg
Starting .5 mg Arimidex eod week 3 or 4 depending on estro sides. Possibly start sooner.
PCT will be Clomid and if needed a tapered Nolvadex run.
HCG may get incorporated too on cycle. I have access to it easily.

Height: 6'1
Weight: 210lbs

Train MMA 3 times per week, twice per day. Teach MMA class once per day 3 times per week. Weight routine will be WSB. Bench numbers will be low due to torn pec/bicep/tendon last year.

Prescription meds: Propecia 1mg

Well I guess everything is working as it should. Muscles feel fuller and look fuller. I'm hungry seemingly all the time. One annoying side effect though is I have extreme lethargy. If I am doing something I have no problems, but as soon as I sit down or kick back for a moment, I'm out like a light. I am sleeping way harder than usual too. Any ideas on this? I'm guessing just the high test level. Anyone know a way to fight the fatigue other than caffeine and/or other stims?
 
So about 5 days in now, and feeling better so far.Teaching MMA class this morning and then this after noon then some weights in the evening. Hopefully the lethargy is gone. Weight this morning is 211.2 .

ive seen some of your posts around and you seem to have some negative attitude bro lol

Getenpaper you could try some b12 vit shots for the fatigue...its safe and works wonders for some people

the cycle looks good...make sure you know what/how to eat...3js free diet advice in diet forums is a nutrition knowledge mine ;)

Thank you sir. Actually as of that pic, I had not lifted or practiced mma in over a year. :) That was due to a torn pec, torn bicep and severed tendon. Then I ate fast food, did physical therapy and sat on the couch and got good at guitar hero. So all in all I guess I "let myself go" a bit haha.

Thanks for the info. I may try that out. I started taking oral b complex, I think it is helping some. Yesterday I was able to teach two 3 hour classes of mma and then lift weights that evening and I feel refreshed today. 30mg of Dbol yesterday too. I'm ramping up to adjust for any side effects.
 
Here was some pics from 5 days in. Relaxed front and back. Makes me want to clean up my diet for real. Almost disgusted at the pics personally.BUT Did DE bench day monday and ME deadlift day tuesday. Monday and tuesday I also taught 2 mma classes that were 2 hours a piece plus sparring at the end.

Remember I had a year lay off due to injury, dont bust my balls to bad on these pics. Feeling a bit bloated, may start Aromatase inhibitor (AI) tomorrow or friday. If not then, definitely monday.
 
Began AIFM 1 pump 2x per day on thursday. Once DBOL is done I will go to 1 pump per day. It's taking some of the bloat away. Weight this morning is 214.7 . Monday I'll be taking the Dbol to 40mg per day.

well i guess my test has finally kicked in. Today I made some great gains on chest excercises. That surprises me because my pec tear, bicep tear, tendon tear has left me a weakling in the chest press department. BUT today that changed. On a side note, I also was able to do a pullup today for the first time since my injury. I actually did 2 of them. I'm so happy right now I'm about to bust. But I'll continue to take it slow.

I'll list my last sets and the improvements from last week's workouts

Incline Smith Bench(no tendon equals lack of balance) 155x1 last week 115x3
Seated DB Press 40sx6 last week 30sx6
Machine Chest Press 140x3 last week 110x4
Lying DB Skullcrushers 30sx6 last week 20sx6
Narrow Grip Lat Pulldowns 70x10 last week 50x10

This was after 6 hours of MMA today. 2 classes of 3 hours. Lots of sparring and grappling and then went to the weightroom. I'm finally feeling like I'm recovering. Just figured I'd share the excitement.

Dbol is at 50mg/day this week.
AIFM is 1 pump EOD now that I feel estrogen is under control.
Weight is down to 211 now.

Here's a few pics this week...Again, not great but I am getting stronger and seeing moderate improvements in muscle fullness. The year lay-off sucked!
 
Weight this morning is 218.4...Began writing down my food intake again. A hard habit to get back into , but I made myself. Today was a work day. Work days for me mean I only control totally what I eat before, after and on lunch during my 12.5 hour shift. We cannot bring any outside food or drink in. High security area. Today I did alright finding food in the complex's kitchen.

4:00am 2 bananas ,12 oz orange juice, fiber one bar. (bullshit, i know)
8:00am 5 boiled eggs, 4 whole wheat biscuits
11:00am 16oz of 2% milk
1:00pm 2 large cans of tuna, 4 pieces of bread, celery
3:00pm 2 large cans of tuna, 4 pieces of bread, celery
5:00pm 2 packs of cheese and crackers (bullshit but i was shaking and vending machine was the only option at this point)
7:30pm Turkey n Cheese on Whole Wheat, Garden fresh potatoes and green beans, 32oz of Fat Free Milk.
10:00pm 16oz fat free milk, cup of 2% cottage cheese *pre- bed haven't eaten yet.
 
Worked out in our employee gym on sunday. Only get an hour break so I had to sort of circuit train.

Chest Press 3 sets, final set 220x5
Chest Flyes 3 sets, final set 80x5
Close lat pulldowns 3 sets, final set 120x5
Bend over rows 3 sets, final set 105x10
Machine Bicep 1 set to fail
Tricep pressdowns 1 set do fail
SLDL 1 set to fail 135x22
Ab machine 3 sets

All I had time for and also no heavy compounds due to working another 8 hours after this on my feet.
 
Had a good workout this evening. MMA this morning then lifted about 6pm.

Deadlift : 135x5 185x5 205x5 225x5 245x1 265x1 285x1 315x1*pr since injury

Hyperextensions : 3 sets of 15 (super back pumps lol)

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets of 100x10

1 arm preacher db curls: 15x10, 20x10, 25x10

Weight is 218

Fucking guitar hero. Lol. Call of duty is what fucked me all up. On another note maybe you should of waited till you git back in a little better shape. Gear is going to put tons of strain on your tendons and pecs. Would be a shame if you re injured yourself. At least got you bf% down. If your into mma it shouldnt take you that long of tine to get back to 100%. Then start gear.

Maybe so but too late now. I was 165 when I got hurt. Gained about 50lbs. But I've also been 285 on gear before, so I will be ok I believe. I'm almost 30 years old so I'll just stay at 205/225 and fight for hopefully many more years to come. And yes, COD MW2 screwed me up once before lmao.
 
hahaha I torn my knee bad and did the same thing bro. I see your taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) so that's good. I ran adex at .25 eod and worked great. You don't wanna lose to much.

Agreed lol. I actually backed off to one pump every 3 days now. I just had really bad initial bloat. I think it's under control now. Since I've backed off to every 3 days on the AIFM my strength has been going up a lot relative to before.
 
Ya but when doing that its out of your system..25 eod would be kinda like .5 every three days. Lol something like that. Haha
