thats alot of sets for each workout. If i were you i would stick to 12 sets per body part. example for chest: incline, flat DB, flys and pec dec (3sets each). thats just my opinion. whatever works for you though
juice + muscle memory is amazing. I know you should have got a base back before starting again but you know that too. These before and middle pics are freaky, can't wait to see a before next to an after.
Thanks! I agree. I just needed the help mentally more than anything. A year of nothing-ness really wears on your mind and your body. So I made the decision to use gear in a rehabilitating type cycle. I think it's doing good. My arm feels 100 times better than before the cycle. I was improving, but just very slowly. Here's today's workout.
Decline DB 35sx12 45sx10 55sx8 65sx6
Incline DB 35sx10 45sx8 55sx6
Flat DB Flyes 10sx12 15sx10 20sx8
DB Shoulder Press 30sx12 40sx10 50sx6
DB Side Lateral Raises 20sx12 25sx10 30sx6
Low Cable Delt Raise 20x10/side 30x10/side
Reverse DB Flyes 30sx10 40sx8
DB Concentration Curls 25sx12 30sx10 40sx6 *right elbow still hurting somewhat from my last sparring session. Connected a right hook extended a little more than I would have liked and it hyper extended my elbow joint. So I stopped at this weight.
Machine Curls 70x10 100x8
Hand Grippers 150x10/side 150x10/side 200x8/side 200x8/side
Cardio 20 minutes on the Stationary Bike. Sprint then recover. HIIT type workout.

I feel ya. Maybe so for most. I do these amounts of sets then 3 hours later back in the gym and do 3 hours of MMA. I'm sure by all standards I am "over training". But in my 5+ years of fighting, I've always "overtrained". I just try to get more rest now than I used to. Thanks though.
Last week of cycle coming up. I won my fight by verbal submission. Feeling great. Weight is 222. Here's another pic. I tried something different but it didn't turn out like I'd hoped. Still you can tell improvements.
Thanks bro. I decided to use dbol for the first 3 weeks before the test cyp really got kicked in. Also on the dbol I got tons of the "dude just tell me what your'e on, you're getting huge fast" comments. Plus it's pretty fun. I will do better with it next time knowing that I dont have to use as much Aromatase inhibitor (AI) as I did this time. I overdid the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and had some really down and depressed and feeling like crap days. Once I figured out not to use so much I was good to go.
Cycle was a success. My arm feels 1000 times better and my strength in that injured arm went up tremendously (nearly 400%). So I am pleased. into post cycle therapy (pct) soon.
pct is done. Had blood drawn on the 8th and going over results next monday. Hopefully everything is back to normal. Staying about 215lbs. Pretty lean. Almost amazingly lean compared to the first pic.
