So I think I'm ready for my first cycle. First off...my stats are 5' 5", 170lbs, ~11%BF. I have been lifting seriously for the last 2 years and on and off for a few years before that. I am very strict with my diet. My current TDEE is ~2900cal/day. So here's my cycle...I am definitely open for comments/suggestions.
Wk 1-12 500mg Test E /week (250mg Monday morning and Thursday evening)
Wk 1-14 12.5mg Aromasin ED (may/will adjust at my 6 week bloodwork depending)
Wk 5-13 500iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) /week (250iu w/ Test pin)
Wk 8-18 75mcg IGF1-LR3 ED
Wk 14-15.5 1000iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) / week
PCT Wk 15.5-19.5
Clomid 50/50/50/50 ED
Nolva 40/40/20/20 ED
I have Letro on hand in case I have any gyno issues. I couldn't get Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) through my source so that's the only thing I have left to get before starting my cycle. Let me know what you guys think!!!
