You would really benefit from a meeting with a trainer or nutritionist first, see where you're really at. I agree, closer to 18-20% bf man. Given your athletic history, you shouldnt have much trouble dropping 10-15 pounds over the next few months. It will make your cycle that much more effective (visually and in avoiding gyno sides). I'm not saying you shouldn't wait very long, but I think you'd feel better if you shed a few # first and recalc your bf and TDEE with a trainer
 
op, theres this amazing invention called a timer... you put it for 10 seconds, step away from the camera and pose!

I'm not the most tech savvy person so I didn't even think of that.

You look like me when I was 18, except with less skin elasticity and a better back.

I would recommend staying natty for a bit longer, but do as you wish. I would recommend dropping like 7-10lbs of fat and then getting on cycle.

haha thanks? I get told that I look young all the time. I'm sure Ill appreciate it when I'm really old. I think I will cut a little longer since I'm nowhere near where I thought I was.

Yes. might be even higher than 30%. Your chest, mid-section, back and legs are holding plenty. See if you can find a bod pod in your area and have your BF checked properly. Avoid using calipers.

The good news is, it's much easier to lose fat at 30%. So you shouldn't have a problem. You can go into ketosis and lose over 20 lbs in just over a month or so.

hmm... I will have to see if I can get an accurate test done. I was using the electronic handheld meter at my gym.

I will have to see if I can find somewhere around here that does that. I was using the electronic handheld thing at my gym. I will definitely look into a ketogenic diet if I'm actually that high.
 
My fiancé was going through my phone today and saw the pics I took of myself and told me I looked extremely fat in the pics. I can see the top 4 abs so I know I'm not too fat. Those pics definitely don't do me any justice. With that said. I think I am going to start my cycle while trying to get a bodpod measurement. I am going to do a ketogenic diet the first few weeks then start my bulk.

Mustang, do you recommend starting it at the beginning of post cycle therapy (pct) or starting it late in the cycle and running it through post cycle therapy (pct)?

You would start the first day of your post cycle therapy (pct) because that's when you'll start the Nolvadex. Taking it for a month would be great...Good Luck
