You would really benefit from a meeting with a trainer or nutritionist first, see where you're really at. I agree, closer to 18-20% bf man. Given your athletic history, you shouldnt have much trouble dropping 10-15 pounds over the next few months. It will make your cycle that much more effective (visually and in avoiding gyno sides). I'm not saying you shouldn't wait very long, but I think you'd feel better if you shed a few # first and recalc your bf and TDEE with a trainer
