My first cycle!!!!

Hey, here in a couple weeks i'm going 2 start my first cycle. i need 2 get as big ASAP. Here's what i will be taking:

Methandienone-20-30 mg everyday
Trenbolone Acetate- 50-100mg per day
clomid- 50mg per day

I am 6'0 and 160 to get up to the high 180's or 190's by football season.
i will be lifting 2x a day. and consuming 4000-5000 calories a day.

i would also like 2 stay the same or decrease in my body fat.

if u have any suggestions please tell me.

That cycle sucks and there is no excuse for a nearly anorexic man to use gear.

The only thing good that you mentioned is lots of calories. Eat those calories and you will be 180-190 pounds is no time.

Lifting 2x/day is beyond stupid.
 
Bad cycle and you want to get big with NO test???.. Not good. Scratch what you know and go back to square one.. re-research things a little better.
 
Here we go again another one thats not going to listen to anyone, looking for the majic potion to make him big. I've still got a couple of these magic beans if you want them instead.

Fist cycle should be Test E or Test C for 12 weeks and nothing else and certainly not f*cking Tren.



Would be really amused to see your diet and training plan.

Whoa, k. I researched and thought that the test was a bad idea because of its high water retention. but i see i was wrong.

ok,

i'll go with a 12 week cycle of test E.
 
k, for my workout ill be doing my football team routine.
which we switch each work out every other day

Squats-245 3x12
push press- 135 3x12
shrugs- 225 3x12
bent over rows- 165 3x12
cleans- 205 3x12
stf deads- 135 3x12
jammer- 115 on each arm 3x12
pullups- for a set amount of time
push ups- set amount of time


then.... all 3x12 except snatch and clean above 3x6

Bench- 205
Jammer- same as above
snatch- 155
curls- 95
good mornings- 185
over head squat- 165
sit ups- set time
push ups- set time


I beleve i can do another lifting session in the pm.

i've been lifting since i was 13.

so lets get this straight . your 19 years old all ready before next season . that means either your still gonna be in high school in your 20's .
or youve somehow made a collage team at 160 pounds and over 6 foot tall.
something just isnt right.

even if you are 25 a cycle is a waste of time because your stats say you do NOT eat/train/rest properly and the gear cant fix that.

Wow, high school hasn't changed much since I was there.....over 12 years ago.

If you can get away with it, lower the reps (eg 5 reps) and try and get 4-5 sets in.

On squats, go to parallel.

And eat some food. 180 pounds is easy w/o gear.

If you do steroids at your age, all your going to do is f*uck up your body for life.

It will be permanent damage, is that what you really want ?

We know that you don't eat enough food because you are 6'1" and 160 pounds. Unless you have a wasting disease or stomach worms, you aren't eating enough.

If you do your cycle you will grow, and then loose all of your gain post-cycle.

But hey, nevermind the guys that are 250-300 pounds of lean mass with a combined squat+dead+bench of over 2,000 pounds. You've already got it all figured out, apparently.
 
ok, i didn't say that i have it figured out if i did i would not be here. K, i wont take steroids, but can some one plz tell me what and when to eat. and how 2 train.
