My First Journey:

Maybe these extra weeks are/will helping to solidify your gains....what is your post cycle therapy (pct) going to look like ? have you been running Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) or an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) ?
 
Havent run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) or Aromatase inhibitor (AI) at all, due to the fact that I only managed to source Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) now and from the general concensus its pointless at this point. There have been not other side effects to note bar a little acne and some obvious muscle bloat, so planned post cycle therapy (pct) will just be the standard Clomid, with a large first dose, then staggered down after that for 3 weeks.

Weight is still increase little by little each week, so the obvious increase in carbs/cals is doing it's job with no noticeable change in waist size.

Keeping the carbs high will defintaley help in post cycle therapy (pct) as well as when I go to a cutting diet as I can slowly reduce the carbs by 100g's each week with cardio should bring me right down, which is something Im looking forward to.........only so that I can jump on another cycle again. :D
 
Update - 15/8

Hi there good brollys, this is the last but one update on my current cycle, before Cardiff Muscle begins his "life off the gear is shit" log, lol!

Quite a bit to report thus far, had a scare a last week as I thought I would have to start my post cycle therapy (pct) one month early as I couldnt get hold of my source. Finally did and got my dose sorted only to hit a wall in regards to pins and barrells. As luck would have it, in the UK we have a needle exchange program, where heroin addicts can get free pins and syringes......and it just so turned out that I have one not 20 minutes walk from my house.

Went in there and the staff were friendly, non judgmental to guys using "performance enhancing" drugs and even offered me syringes for 2ml and 5ml and a whole heap of medicle swabs and a little black bin to put the used pins in to take back to get fresh ones!

Any how on with the update.

At present Cardiff muscle is currently sitting at 242lbs, although thanks to diet and the long run of Test E there is a lot of bloat to deal with. This again doesnt bother me as I like the blocky and heavy look at present. I have never been one to be fussed about taking my top off when the sun arrives, not really a beach bunny.
Also I have PR'd my bench on Monday of 300lbs, although my entire CNS is feeling the effects of it as I also did a heavy seat of Dead's the day after and almost threw up from doing them, lol!

I think for bulking next time, I will definatly start at 5500cals from the start and ramp up to 6-6500. The reason for this is I feel my metabolism is fast enough to deal with that, without gaining to much body fat. My waist line has remained pretty much the same, I can see my top two abs although the rest are defiantley covered now.

Im counting on finish post cycle therapy (pct) in 3 weeks after 2 weeks from my last shot, and from there will start a cutting log, but gear free.

Personally I feel that juice is used best for bulking, however Im sure I read that some bro's use small doses of Test to cut, so the temptation maybe too much to not hit the sauce to "help out" in this area.
 
What are your plans for post cycle therapy (pct) ? Nolva/ Clomid ? Dosages / Duration ?

alright mucka,

My Planned post cycle therapy (pct) will be

120mg ed of Clomid day 1
50mg ed of Clomid for the rest of that week
30mg ed of Clomid for the next 2-3 weeks depending on feeling.

Calories will stay the same as well as medium to heavy training but with less sets to accomodate slower recovery time.

Not going to use Nolva as Ive had non of the major sides that effect some.

How many weeks you into "lucky brand" test E?

I think your dosages of clomid look good, to many people seem to take massivly high dosages, less for longer seems like a good way to avoid clomids sides and toxity....i'd run the clomid full term even if you feel ok it's easy once you have been very low on test ( at the begining of post cycle therapy (pct) ) to feel ok even when Test is quite low.

What are your plans for your next cycle, any ideas yet ?
 
My next cycle may be some what a fair distance away, as predominantly when I finish this cycle I'll be running a cutting diet, so lean out some of the fat gain and smoothness gathered.

However when the time comes around again, Test E will definatley be the base of my next run. More than likely bump it up to 500mg EW, with it split in to two shots. Another compound I may run with it would be Tren. I've read some sexy things about tren and from the dosing would probably look to do 50mg EOD.

Might ask for some input on this from MoM as he's been running it for a while now.

I'd be careful about cutting too soon, wait at least a month after post cycle therapy (pct) to make sure your gains are solidified, many people start cutting right away which is a bad idea for muscle loss.....read up on Clen it can pretty affective.

the White Rice flour is just the type of rice it is in relation to say, basmati etc.
 
Didnt update last week as the old depression has kicked in already, lol!

Yes as of Wednesday last week, I have now finished my cycle. Im current sitting at 243lbs up from about 220 at the start.

Now becomes the inevitable in decrease and hopefully with enough carbs and enough balls out training, minimum size loss. Im contemplating whether or not to log my post cycle therapy (pct) as I don't think I can come to terms to documenting my decendance into normal test levels.........I will have to see.

However I am completley happy with the cycle as a whole. Look forward to finishing post cycle therapy (pct) so I can cut some bf and hopefully aim for the single digit's withing a few months.

For all those who have read the log, I thankyou for you support and wish you all luck with your cycles, whether you have started them or not!

Definately try to log your post cycle therapy (pct) this is really useful for other people to learn from and not make the same mistakes or if you do it well something people can use as a template when they come to do there post cycle therapy (pct)....when I documented my post cycle therapy (pct) I found it really useful to come back to when I ran my second one...that way I didn't make the same mistakes :)

Anyway if you put on 23lbs on this cycle how much bodyfat do you think was gained ?

From most of the posts I've read train heavy for post cycle therapy (pct) with low sets, keep the food intake clean but high in calories I wouldn't try and cut bodyfat for at least a month I know it's hard to resist but keeping your hard earned muscle should be your primary concern.

Yo man ... great log but how's the post cycle therapy (pct) going?! This is absolutely an important aspect of gear.

Please definitely update on gains kept and how your post cycle therapy (pct) went - you're one of the precious few who can actually write AND spell on a public forum.

defo good read. im looking into my first cycle, its gonna be pritty much the same this. it would be excelent if you could post your post cycle therapy (pct) results i.e. what happened through it, and what you lost and kept. from what i have been reading, i agree with xtreme57 that post cycle therapy (pct) is an important aspect of gear.

well hope to hear from you bro. even if you post cycle therapy (pct) has finished could you please post what happened.
