My first serious recomp cycle

I stand corrected. But in my humble opinion I consider those good calories. Nowadays even the word calories is evil-ised.

I agree that it doesn't affect you the same as standard calories, and is good calories. I was only pointing out that it still has calories because he's cutting so it may effect him if he doesn't account for it.

I believe the MCT oil bypasses the liver and that's what allows for the rapid conversion to energy correct?

Still a must when cutting, I swear by it too. I use 2-3 servings a day myself - I like to have it with a black coffee between meals to ramp my metabolism up.
 
This is more than the real deal, it's more than weight training, it's combined cardio + weights and almost no timeouts. Completely different level.

1 tablespoon mct oil = 130 kcal
1 kiwi = 45 kcal / 10gr carbs
2 boiled eggs = 12gr protein / 160 kcal / 0 carbs / 10gr fats
200gr low-fat cottage cheese = 36gr protein / 272 kcal / 12gr carbs / 8gr fats
100gr whey protein = 80gr protein / 400 kcal / 0 carbs / 0 fats
150gr tuna = 37gr protein / 160 kcal / 0 carbs / 0 fats
200gr turkey breast = 42gr protein / 230 kcal / 0 carbs / 5 fats
+
150gr basmati rice = 5g protein / 181 kcal / 38gr carbs / 0 fats - in workout days


Total intake:

Workout days: 1580kcal, ~ 212gr protein, 60gr carbs, 23gr fats, 420-520kcal deficit
Rest days: 1400kcal, ~205gr protein, 22gr carbs, 23gr fats, 300-400kcal deficit

1 carb refeed each 2 weeks to raise leptin, refill glucose in muscle and take a small break - might be sandwiches or potatoes
1 big pizza per month to raise leptin and feed the vicious inner self

BMR: ~ 1700 kcal (sedentary)
TDEE: ~ 2000-2100 kcal (circuit training 4 times a week + walking)

Well man, I didn't think to ask him, since I know too well it's a long-term thing and not a gift that can be obtained in a few weeks or a night but I think Test P will do something nice to my body. Together with my training and diet ofcourse. With the risk of stating things a bit in a rush, I feel and look better, I feel pumped all the time, I feel my muscles actually. My libido is pretty good as well, I went to some crazy bitches last night to get myself worked up. I'm not bloated anymore either. hehe. I also had a nice carb refeed today, potatoes, chilli con carne, 2 salads with smoked duck breast and black angus beef, some tasty bread. the food was excellent. Tommorrow I think I'll eat some crazy duck breast or rabbit liver or something nice that nature has to offer.

Yea, sorry for that. I corrected the wording. This new troll really got me started hehe. Ofcourse there are many people who know what they're talking about, as there are some who don't and only post crap, without even bothering to read properly, but they love posting bullshit anyway, like assholes, so they can feel better about their own failures. If I would be convinced that mostly it's not worth it to be present here and keep a log and build some friendships and if I would be more faint hearted, I would not keep on posting any updates. I knew before I started that I would be treated less cuddly and with less tolerance than in other forums.
