Tuna sucks ass. I have eaten enough tuna I'm surprised theres any left in the ocean. Done with that shit... for now at least lol

Perhaps your not eating it right my friend. Love me some good fresh sashimi, grilled tuna fillet on a toasted bun with tartar sauce or perhaps a tuna steak medium rare atopped with an lemon cilantro buerre blanc sauce, all tuna goodness. :tounge2:

Yea you are correct bud i was eating the chunk light tuna in a xan with 1 tblspn reduced fat mayo and pepper, fucking terrible lol

Good, I'm going to the gym, dieting and losing fat and looking and feeling better. Right now, few days of break due to holidays. Pondering a "big pizza by myself", though a month hasn't passed yet fully.

Yes, I ate two Big Tasty McDonalds menus (2 hamburgers, 2 portions of potato fries, no drinks) today at a friend. So no more cheating. MCT Oil can't say much about yet, I am using it daily though. I don't know what should I see or expect. It will take some time to see changes, since I have high bodyfat. I am doing four compounds so hard to isolate effects from either of them: Test / Anavar / Cardarine / MCT.

I think you mean per week, and even that is a bit far stretched. It's in a ideal scenario, it's not constant, no matter what you do. Unless you run DNP or Clen.
Studies show MCT oil improving fat burning by 6-7% over a period of several weeks compared to placebo. It's just one small brick in reality, it does not make a huge difference, no matter what people think.

PER DAY. WHAT PART DONT YOU ALL UNDERSTAND ABOUT PER DAY? do your own homework man, your the one taking the stuff and dont even know what its doing to you per day. and yes it does make HUGE DIFFERENCE. where is your head buddy? and Gibs too.

I don't know where you get your information from, but it's against any basic rule and fact about nutrition, trainining, thermodynamics and even information about MCT itself. Hell, it's even against common sense. there's nothing in this world that can make you lose a pound of fat per day even if you cut it with a knife. a pound of fat is 450gr and that means around 3500 kcal deficit to get it burned, considering every parameter is right and the body burns the actual fat. Tell me now, how do you lose 3500 kcal in a day by consuming MCT, irrelevant of how you consume it, which all it does is promote fat loss by thermogenesis (increases temperature and boosts the BMR so you burn more cals in a day). I have a deficit of 200-500 kcal per day from my diet, how can you tell me that MCT adds another 3500 kcal deficit due to its effects? I've read about MCT and there's nothing like that mentioned anywhere. Studies were done and 6-7 % was the number for the improved fat burning compared to no mct, after many WEEKS of dieting. Besides, I have been taking MCT each day for 8-10 days with a spot on diet and I can tell you 100% SURE from experience and mirror that nothing like that happens or is even remotely noticeable. It's a absolute joke to believe that. It has also been found that higher bodyfat individuals respond more poorly to MCT than lower body fat ones. By your logic, irrelevant of all those basic considerations, in the time I took the stuff, I should at least have burned 3.6 kg of fat from my body from MCT alone. Do you know what that means and how it would look? i would lose 5-10% body fat in a matter of weeks, get a six pack and become shredded in no time. It would be a huge risk to health, let alone the aspect of the skin after such a fast and huge fat loss. Now, let's get real. That's not real world thinking and is never going to happen. It's like thinking that if you eat a carrot you will be able to fly to the moon. Come on man.

Ok so I don't have to post studies to back My personal experience. I used it to take off weight last year following an injury. If you want to go find a study look for a Darpa study donne in the 70 post Vietnam war. You need to completely understand that the MCT oil is used to put the body into Ketosis and to see these kind of results a 500 cal a day diet with the MCT oil and caffeine as an appetite suppressant. Now Im lot bigger that you are and when bulking eat near 350-374 grams of protein a day.

FyI when in peak condition I can loose 3 pounds a day not eating enough protein. But I'm not some 185 lbs kid ether.

FYI I used to train elite professional athletes. I have a background in Chemistry and was known professionally for the nutritional programs I designed and the products I designed and made available to the public. I specialized in programs they were pharmacologically advanced. I'm telling you that MCT is by far better than any other product I have used , DNP , ECA , Adipoticide,, Yohimbi, HGH, 176-Frag, IGF-1Lr3 ( love it )just to mention a few. I've used things you have never heard of. Interlukiins modified peptides and myostatin inhibitors and insulin ( it can kill you if not used properly ) just to name a few.

First off you are going at this all wrong. You should never have started this cycle to loose weight with the expectation of bulking at the same time.

If want to see results from the MCT oil you must calorie restrict. The MCT oil doesn't work if you aren't forcing the body to burn the Keytones and fat for energy.

By the way you should slow your roll and understand everyone is trying to help you.

500 kcal a day diet? this is another joke, I cannot take this seriously, sorry. with such a diet, anyone will look like a skeleton in no time, with or without mct. that's the recipe for a catabolic suicide. been there, done that. how can anyone suggest a 500 kcal diet to someone, especially someone who is training is behind my most basic comprehension, especially on a forum like this. you get fed more kcals while starved in a prison than that. i'm not looking to look like a 30 pounds prison rat. besides, MCT oil has no appetite suppresion whatsoever, not for me at least. and I don't consume coffee at all, ever. you do realize that all the said daily weight that you have been losing is just muscle + fat lost due to the extremely hypocaloric diet that you have run? mct has almost zero impact in such a hypocaloric situation, 90% of what you get is due to starvation. that's what leads to such a rapid weight loss, and of that rapid weight loss, there's definitely not 100% fat that is lost, it's also water + muscle. On the other hand, I can show studies regarding MCT's impact in a reasonable, healthy hypocaloric diet. To end this, if that's the diet that made you lose so much weight, it's not MCT- it's the diet. I have done it myself before without MCT, look at my pics a couple of pages back. That's the ultimate death wish diet.

You are Mr. Extreme. Why not try it for 2-4 weeks and see if it works? You can use caffein pills instead of coffee. Dirt cheap. The gear you're running and the ketosis will keep you from going catabolic.
