500 kcal a day diet? this is another joke, I cannot take this seriously, sorry. with such a diet, anyone will look like a skeleton in no time, with or without mct. that's the recipe for a catabolic suicide. been there, done that. how can anyone suggest a 500 kcal diet to someone, especially someone who is training is behind my most basic comprehension, especially on a forum like this. you get fed more kcals while starved in a prison than that. i'm not looking to look like a 30 pounds prison rat. besides, MCT oil has no appetite suppresion whatsoever, not for me at least. and I don't consume coffee at all, ever. you do realize that all the said daily weight that you have been losing is just muscle + fat lost due to the extremely hypocaloric diet that you have run? mct has almost zero impact in such a hypocaloric situation, 90% of what you get is due to starvation.
