My next cycle. Test, EQ, Masteron, Anavar

Proviron has really shifted my view on AAS but most importantly stacking several compounds.

Should have saved the stacking for cycle 4 and beyond. Lesson for the kids i guess, do as I say, not as I do ;)
 
Leg day...the only day I can eat pasta quilt free.

Overall, even though i'm not doing a cycle, my body is adapting and healing strangely fast... Except for the pump and strength, it kinda feels like im doing a cycle, very curious what my next blood work will look like!

What you do sounds like what I did for years though, oatmeal porridge but the liquid one?

This is getting silly...
I've had everything i need to start a 14 week test e cycle for weeks now... except the fucking needles...
Both my sources are out and online only sells syringes but no needles...

I really wanna start...
Feeling like 400 test e with some HCG will be just what I need, not to high, back to basics, focus on diet, get serious about the gym again.
It will be a cutting cycle diet wise, probably gonna stay in calorie deficit half off it... Any input on if that should be start or end?
Feels like it should be start.

I also have about 145x proviron 25mg tablets...
Should I run it at 50mg per day?
Or should I save it for PCT?

I have this on hand:
10k IU HCG
5000mg test e.
100x nolva (if i get any gyno signs again, while on cycle)
60x 20mg aromasin.
20x 1mg adex.
60x 50mg clomid

No syringes or needles (need 30x)

Could I please get some veteran input here on the best way to approach this with my sorta minimal setup?
I know what I'm planning but im not so sure anymore and would love some input.

Goal for this cycle is to reach 72kg at 9% bodyfat.
Im currently 66kg at about 13.5%.
Which means its close to impossible but i'd settle with being 69kg at 8% bodyfat once maintenance phase is over.
Except my back and to some extent my legs im sorta happy with my appearance muscle wise, it does need about 3kg more LMM but now I just wanna get ripped as hell.

Vanilla, fresh berries and cinnamon is to hide the peanut butter taste lol. I dont really like it but its such an amazing source of fats, proteins etc that I just cant resist adding it and making morning shake the pinnacle for the day.
 
So apparently i've struck gold with my new girlfriend (yes, that quick, i couldn't just say no to her wish of being exclusive...)
She likes me fit so figured honesty goes a long way and sugarcoated the fuck out of it, to remove all roid rage stigma etc and asked if she was against it.

And to my shock she was like, i'm all for it, you'll look better, you'll get more confidence and I know it will make you happier because you often talk about how you've let yourself go and you also like being in the gym, so why not? (plus my tinder pictures where from end of last cycle when I was both big and shredded...)
So the game is on boys... Gonna do my first frontload per tankmanbobs calculations.

A friend gave me a vial of 300mg test E, it expires soon and he would rather buy everything new and fresh himself.
So now I got 8000mg

I could stretch it and go 500mg/week for 16 weeks but im actually gonna settle for 400mg like I have intended.
600iu HCG per week, i'll start off with adex to finish them off since I'll probably never buy them again.
 
My questions are these...

5000iu / 2ml bac = 200 iu which means each IU is 25iu HCG?
Which means I should inject 10.8 iu or 0.108ml, twice per week, if my goal is 540 HCG per week?

Dont have any external vials so gonna have to mix with the premixed and it wont fill 5 ml...
Please help, cant math to save my life :(

I also need help with my injections... damn, i feel stupid...

1 ml equals 10 units, each unit is worth 25mg
So to frontload 400mg, I need 16 units, which is 1.6ml?

And conversely when I do my regular dose of 200mg per injection, i'll do 0.8ml twice per week?

Run along side cycle or as a bridge?
My gut instinct says save it and run it with PCT.

I cant afford to buy anything more sadly, i'm just super happy friend gave me an extra vial out of the blue :D

My focus will be pretty much the same as last cycle far as targetted muscles.
Lower back, upper back, legs.
Lower back has been a problem area for years now, it just doesn't grow and its affecting my leg training.
 
Start date. 21 march. Thursday Evening.
Going for every 3rd day instead of 3.5 or I wont remember because I need to be consistent. Every cycle with prop has been a morning routine or else I do something else and become unsure etc.
And i'll use this thread to keep a note of each injection.

So just to make sure that my math isn't all out of fucking whack.
Next injection will be on sunday?
Friday, saturday, sunday evening, 3 days?
Or have I smoked myself crazy?

Yes...even I get nervous start of cycles...but its like riding a bike, just need you bro's to hold my hand a bit and calm my panic.

Let us know which ya do. Curious about its impact on libido. Woupd probably be easier to judge if used as a bridge.......could.assume as part of a stack that the cycle was the cause of the elevated libido? Anyway. Still following along

My libido was pretty shit before I added proviron, i had no problems performing...but it had to be freaky kinky sex and no morning wood, random boners etc.
After 1-2 weeks on proviron i was totally recovered to my old self.

I do think 400mg test e per week should boost my libido way more than proviron could.
I've tried crunching the math, but the half life of 3 hours makes proviron sorta meh to taper.

Writing this I realize, of course I should save it for PCT since I felt like shit for 6 months and proviron fixed it....
I just want both lol...

That's the thing though, the thread title cycle is still on... But I felt like I wasn't ready in any way shape or form, not training wise, not diet, not economy etc.
So this is sorta getting back to fucking basics.

400mg test e will do wonders on pump, strength, recovery and help me stay in a calorie deficit and actually recomp with focus on cutting.
Then start of next year when I'm actually ripped, big and just want those last 1-3 kilos to look "perfect", yeh, then thread title is whats gonna go down...
"Its not a sprint, its a marathon", that and diet took forever to accept haha ;)

I'm gonna eat 1mg adex with every injection until i'm done frontloading.
It will be high but i've dropped aromasin and 2.2mg per week isnt crazy high, its just high enough to make sure my estrogen keeps getting lower. I'll let it rise once i switch to asin again.
 
So about proviron, this is the game plan.

Instead of 3 pills per day, i'll eat 2 for another 14 days, should help bridge my peak that comes around day 9-11.
Then I save 105x for a 5 week PCT. I could go 2 pills there and cover 7.5 weeks. Bit dependant if I feel 2 is enough.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Wow... the pip in my glute is nothing like i've experienced before and the volume wasn't even much...
I can't even sit on my right ass lol...
At least I wont forget to warm the oil as usual again.... :D
