Figured i would start watching my diet on jan 1st, cleaned it up, i eat tons of 90% lean meat and turkey ground, whole wheat pasta, oats tuna, cashews and i cheat on all natural blue chips, and nature valley granola bars. I was about 264 on jan 1st. I have been taking 1200mg rala from anafit, 1800mg grean tea, 3grams of acetyl l carnitine, and working my ass off in the gym, doing extra work at home with bands, and doing no cardio. I weighed 270 tonight, lol, i feel 100% better than i did 2 weeks ago and am noticeable trimmer. If any of you guys think the flex mag workout and a shitty diet is the way to go, think again. Just thought i would share with you guys.
