Now Im thinking of adding some rotation exercise in there for the abs to maybe with a medicine ball. Any ideas? Also what specific ab muscles are worked with rotation?

Thanks!

abs are a function of diet..judging by your avi it seems thats te muscle you care about most..

i dont think you need to hit them from all those angles..most likely some decline sit-ups with a pause and using some weight to keep your reps in the 8-15 area and youll be fine..mine are great you just cant see em :insane2:

mine too, mine too!!

I have always said Abs are 99% diet, .5% genetics and .5% ab work. That's how it is for me anyway.

I agree DIET plays a mager role. Just wanted to up the overall strength of them. Bulletproof strong, while being ripped!

thanks guys for the info. I appreicte the replies!

If your going for looks, any form of situp/crunch will do. Just remember the secret is holding it in the hardest positions. If you really want strength compound lifts are all you need. I don't focus on abs but one month out of the year and keep a pretty steady six pack from my other lifting. And I have ab fat, so having a six pack while having a bit of a belly is pretty good.
