My Squats SUCK

FH you gonna get these. at least you know what to work and are doing so. many never work on their short comings in the gym and continue with bad form and eventually give up. you have good strength in all other lifts so i know with your size and determination you gonna master these bad boys.

You need to change things up FREQUENTLY to keep progress good, and no, you don't have to always squat to bring your squat up. Good-mornings, deadlifts, box-squats, stiff-legged deadlifts, and other variastions will all help push your squat numbers up.

and what if you DO stiff legs on deads day alternated with deads as well but still squat week in and week out? i do squats monday and deads friday. am i doing it WRONG again? my leg day begins with squats and ends with squats. why would i want to do any other exercise for THAT day?
