I upped the dosage of TREX.

preworkout for more of a boost --works well for an ergogenic aid

at the same time I have doubled the Gplenish dose as well post workout.

just to make sure I don't lose muscle.

thus I am taking 3 servings a day all the time every day


this is awsome I feel full and tight.

I feel very alert, and just in a generally good state of health

cutting usually makes me very moody.

I am also going to incorporate

R-ALA post workout about 3 caps or so.

this is great.

OMEGA out on the road to 250..........
