weighed in @ 195 this morning. every day on dbol ive been heavier than the last. dont know abotu you guys but it seems dbol>test e

Throw some tricep extensions in there. Start big, then isolate to smaller groups... You'll see better gains then bouncing between larger groups to isolated groups, and then back to larger groups. Also, diet diet diet. Lots of lean meats, chicken ect... Sounds like your gains are coming fairly nicely I'll add. Keep up the dedication, and hard work.
 
Also, I didn't see you mention squats. That's one thing I wish I had incorporated into my regiment a lot earlier than I did. Squats combo'd with the deadlifts your listing will really get a great frame going to build on.
 
update

did 4 sets of squats, 4 sets of deadlifts and 4 sets of calves. i am strong, but not super strong. weight is @ 196.6 in the morning after i shit. thats 5 pounds in 5 days.
