So obviously I shouldn't be question iron addict, but I just feel that 3 days a week is not enough time. I am just trying to understand how this limited type of workout can be so effective. Can someone please explain?
For lifting routine you need to understand your body language weather it is allowed to do that. If you are a beginner then you need to start it with basic things. Start with the light weighted left, it will help you to make build grip in your hands it also build stamina in you.
