Your levels were 1000 on 100 aweek. Now your at 150 a week a tnd an ai. All u need is to split injectnoi twice weeklyn your trough will double. On day 6 my numbers would drop from a thousand to around three hundred. Your peek is probably above the range. Tell them u want to self inject at home or youll leave lol.

Ya you guys are right I just need to wait it out and split my dose when I can start self injecting. Hopefully I won't have to wait to long for that.

Just need to be patient a little longer, what's a couple weeks or months after 27 years? Sigh. I guess I got it better than a lot of guys. So there's that.

Yeah, that's the mind set. HRT like you know takes forever to get dialed in, whether it's because of your doses or because you have to switch doctors or whatever the reason. But every guy who does get dialed in will tell you the juice is well worth the squeeze. I think you'll be surprised how high your numbers will be when you split injections into 75mg E3.5D or whatever dosage you end up with.

Ok so a few updates.

I started going on Tuesdays so I could get a bit more out of my test for work days, be more productive I guess. So I went today and they gave me my labs again.

Total T : 593 ng/dl (300 - 1000 ng/dl)
E2 : 27 pg/ml ( 20 - 40 pg/ml)

The women there who is a nurse practitioner (who is sexy..but married...oh well) and she is the one trying to get me dialed in. She said in my case since I feel bad at 600 she wants to get me to the 800 range... or as close as possible. Even though I slightly pleaded with her to increase my dosage to 170mg EW, she still ended up only increasing it to 160mg EW (from 150mg).

She wants to wait 3 weeks and do blood again and see where I am at, and if it doesn't bring my test up a lot (which it wont), then we will make a bigger increase next time. She also does not "feel comfortable" prescribing anything for my high prolactin (which apparently high is ok as long as its not "that high") and I would have to go threw my primary for that. In other words my prolactin will remain high since my primary is well....ya.

I told her that I felt like dog shit 2-3 days before my next shot so she seems pretty into trying to get me to feel better. So she told me that if this 10mg increase doesn't work... or only bumps it by say 50 points, then next time we will increase my dose by a more significant amount.

On a side note should I miss a arimidex dose on purpose? That way I can bring my e2 levels up a little?

Depends. That wasn't a sensitive E2 test right? If not, your E2 could potentially already be in the shitter.

I'm not sure. My clinic did the labs. My nurse practitioner said that the levels were ok, but I have heard that it will continue to drop while maintaining your AI dosage. Is that true?

I don't know if it will keep dropping, but I'm sure it's possible. My point is that you may not even need an AI in the first place, or you may not need as much. It's possible that your E2 is too low right now, which can cause plenty of unwanted side effects.

I don't trust a standard E2 test at all.

150mg Testosterone Cypionate
500iu hCG
.25mg Arimidex

That is taken / injected every Wednesday at the same exact time.

I then take (1) .25mg Arimidex 3 days later.

And that's it.

Ya that was trough. He gave me my weekly shot then 2 minutes later drew my labs.

Also my e2 was 45 pg/ml without an ai at 100mg a week injected 50mg e3.5d, so I defiently need a ai**** (well air to) with this protocol.

Why are you still having to go in to get the injections? Get them to let you self inject and split it into 2 doses a week. Problem solved. I'm on 50 2x a week and my last trough reading was 750 with no need for an AI so far.

Everyone is different man. Also they want to get me dialed in before they let me do it at home, but once I get my levels right and feeling good down they will let me.

So I had my blood drawn again.

My protocol is as follows.

160mg Testosterone Cypionate weekly
500iu hCG weekly
.25mg arimidex every 3.5 days

My Total T was : 975 ng/dL
My E2 was : 23 pg/mL

I'm not sure how it bumped up from 597 ng/dL to 975 ng/dL with a 10mg a week increase in Testosterone...

My NP is going to wait 3 weeks and test me again. They also said they still don't have the at home pinning program finalized yet so I may be driving up there for a few more months...ugh..

To be honest I felt better pinning 100mg E3.5D than pinning 160mg E7D with Ai and hCG!

Cant wait to start pinning e3.5 days again!

So a little update.

Its back and forth on feeling good. Some days I feel great and others I feel sickly. Its really day by day.

I have never had this kind of roller coaster before. I really don't know what to expect when I wake up in the morning. I'm starting to believe there could be another underlying problem.
