my workout please reveiw

ok this is my workout:
day1 chest tris and 30 minutes of cardio
day2 shoulders traps abs 30 minutes of cardio
day3 legs
day 4 back bis 30 minutes of cardio
day 5 same as day 1
day 6 same as day2
day 7 off
day 8 same as day 3
day 9 same as day 4
day 10 same as day 1
day 11 same as day 2
day 12 same as day 3
day 13 same as day 4
day 14 off

i am currently starting my 11th week of my cycle and i am running 500mg deca, 200mg of cypinate, 250 mg of enanthate weekly and 75mg of tren ed. please tell me if i should change my workout.

id incorporate the shoulder workout with the chest triceps day...due to the fact that you work shoulders somewhat on monday with chest...

Also, I feel that since you are on a cycle, you are extremely susceptable to overtraining with that kind of schedule bro. Id get a more simplified routine, and do each BP once a week.

yep i agree with gymphreak , if your benching heavy on chest day , and you should be , your front delts especially and sid delts as well are getting hit pretty hard and then you turn around the next day and hit them again the next day , skip 2 days and start all over again
