Just a guy trying....
well after joining here last night and getting some helpful input form yous guys. i tried something a little different today for my workout... and friend also recommended for me to do this. anyways instead of doing the most reps possible, with each body part that i was working on. I made it to where i was bout to shit myself on the last two reps. I knocked most of the reps down to 8-10 with the last two being hell for me lol. i was told that is one good way to help gain muscle mass. im eating and drinking a protein shake now before i jump in the shower. my work out was about 1 hour and 30 minutes long and i switched up doing my jogging. Doing it after my workout instead of before, because i have been told that it will help lower body fat quicker. so any suggestions?
 
what post cycle therapy (pct) r u gonna take after the test 250 and pro-hormones?

I honestly think you should have waited on hormones/prohormones until youve reached your genetic capacity. It sounded like you were doing good before the test. Different rep ranges help attain different physiques, you didnt know this and you are already on steroids? You were really repping out on all exercises?

Make sure you take all the proper post cycle therapy (pct) unless you really wanna fuck up your body.
