Thanks! As long as you push hard and do what you are supposed to do, you will see excellent results as well. The harder you work, the better the results. Make sure to log your progress as well!

I have started using TNE as a pre-workout, like I said. I have tried 50mg and 100mg. The 100mg gave me too much soreness at the injection site the next day for my liking. I am going to try 75mg and see how that is. I CAN say that ALL my weight pushed numbers are rising fast. I am surprising myself with it. Today, a 25 year old at the gym called me a beast when he saw me doing my cable rope tricep pull down super-set. I made a muscle and said "thanks!" He honestly looked impressed...then he asked my age. Told him I was 46 (which is true) and he was flabbergasted. Grabbed his girlfriend and told her, who was also shocked. He told me he can only hope he is in as good a shape as I am in when he gets to my age.

That has never happened before. I am going to have to come to accept that I am no longer the scrawny little white guy anymore. Oh, how will I ever survive it!?! :)

My numbers barely changed, although my strength continues to increase at the gym. I keep impressing myself with how often my weight keeps going up - almost weekly. I most likely have hit either a genetic limitation on physical size or my body is simply at a saturation point for this cycle (I suspect this is the case). I believe I have only one week left on the bulk, then I drop back to TRT dosing and move forward from there. I am very happy with the changes to my body - especially when I flex. Cold, unflexed is not very impressive (though FAR more impressive than a scant 8 months ago!!!!), but when I flex, I even impress myself. I only wish my arms got a little bigger, but they do look impressive when flexed, at least to me. I have also received a ton of compliments on my back from many people, including random strangers at the gym. :)

Here are my stats, all changes are within the margin of error, imo, except maybe the added half inch around the stomach:

*Weight: 187
*Neck: 16.5
*Chest: 41
*Stomach: 35
*Waist Line: 34.25
*Biceps: L: 13 R: 13
*Thighs: L: 23.5 R: 23.5
*Calves: L: 15 R: 15
*Forearms: L: 12 R: 12

I started taking them because my liver values went up. Could be a self perpetuating issue!

Yup i honestly feel some guys just have other issues and assume its the aas. I abuse orals and tren and never touched any liver supps

Easy enough to test out, I will stop taking them and get a blood test in a week from now. My blast will just have ended, so it is a good time to see where I stand before it starts to decay away.

OK, so the forum hiccup removed my last post. I will simply repost it. :)

I finished my bulk and am now back on my normal TRT dose, only I am adding in 50mg of Deca E3.5D to help with joint issues. I cannot take Glucosamine because it makes my fasted blood sugar rise by 30 points in under a month.

I took my body fat readings with a caliper, using the Jackson/Pollock 3 location method found HERE. While I cannot say my reading is correct for real world numbers, I can get the same exact reading multiple times so I can at least use it as a method of showing change. When I started the bulk, I was at about 14% body fat and weighed 164 lbs. I am currently at 15% body fat and weigh 187 lbs. That means I increased by weight by 23 lbs but only added 1% body fat. I assume I increased by fat by 6 lbs, that means I increased by muscle mass (and some water - though I do not think it is much water) by 17 pounds!

I am quite happy with the results. I could have added more muscle, but at the expense of a lot more fat. This is much better. Now, onto the cut. I hope to drop to sub 10% levels on it...we shall see.

Update - ended the bulk, sad to see it end, if only because that means another cut is around the corner. More fun to eat lots of food and do no cardio...but the cut is what will make me reach my goals of seeing my abs...so cutting it is. A few weeks of soaking to convince the body this is the new norm, then the cut.

I also wanted to see how much I could squat, so I decided to do a weight at 4 reps, then increase it, do 4 more reps, increase it, on and on until I could not do 4 reps any more. I started at 280, went to 320, then to 380, then to 400, then to 420, and could only two 2 reps at 440. I was quite proud of myself...and the bar looked VERY many with all those 45lb plates on it! :)

Here are my stats:

*Weight: 189
*Neck: 16.5
*Chest: 41
*Stomach: 35
*Waist Line: 35
*Biceps: L: 13 R: 13
*Thighs: L: 24 R: 24

I greatly increased my squat numbers this week. Because of my sets of 4 I wrote about earlier, my workout brother told me I had no choice but to up my numbers. Also, the hot, blonde, young, fit woman watching me in the mirror (and smiling a lot as I completed my reps) was a good inspiration to agree with him...so I did, and was successful. I have determined that women like her are the Devil...

The squats were harder than I wanted to do, but that is the point, right? So here are my new Squat numbers:

15@160, 4 @ 320, 6 @ 270, 8 @ 230.

Also, I was looking at my legs in the mirror after showing and flexed and was like "DAMN BOY, YOU HAVE SOME HUGE LEGS ON YOU!!" I did the same flex for my wife and she went wide eyed. She said my legs have just exploded in size in the last week and they look huge. NICE!!

Not much to say about this week other than I am now trying to get used to a reducing test level due to the bulk being over. My legs have now grown for 2 weeks in a row - yay!!! Now to get my arms to do the same thing. :)

Here are my stats:

*Weight: 190

Nothing much to report this week. Just same ol, same ol, though my weight numbers are still slowly rising. Still in the maintenance phase, week two of it with two weeks to go after this one. Then I start another cut. While I dread doing a cut, I know it will make me look amazing! I also recently realized I weigh just about the same I did when I started, only instead of being 28% body fat, I am now around 15% body fat. HUGE difference in my appearance! I am almost obese again, according to the fed gov, though.

Your BMI is 28.4 You are Overweight (25 to 29.9)
A normal adult weight for this height is between 125.3-169.3 lbs

I guess that settles it, I am not a normal adult. :)

This past week was a slow workout week for me, mostly because I skipped both arm and leg day on Thurs and Fri so I could help re-shingle a roof on Saturday. Each bag of shingles weighed 90 lbs and had to be carried up a ladder onto the roof. I was the only one strong enough to carry the bag while climbing the ladder, so that became my job. Since I skipped arm and leg day, I was actually looking forward to it. Somehow, I do not find that strange, which means I have finally mentally shifted to this lifestyle. :)

Anyway, due to the max weight we could store on the roof in the limited area to store the new shingles (since we were ripping off shingles on one side to replace them), I only could carry up 3040 lbs of shingles on Saturday, during a 4 hour window. It was not actually as bad as I thought it would be. I wore my back brace because I am not an idiot and carried them up one at a time and moved them to their storage spot on the roof (spread out all over the corners and sides for max weight distribution). After every 6 bags (540 pounds), I took a break to drink and eat something, and at times had to rush up other things such as nail gun nails, the air compressor, plywood, etc. I also know nothing about how to replace shingles, so it was good for me to be a gopher. I was not even sore on Sunday!

My stats have not changed much, though. I should be starting my cut soon and hopefully will drop the BF% low enough to see my abs! That is my plan right not at least.

Stats (all readings taken cold and un-flexed):

*Weight: 195
*Neck: 16.5

Blood work results are in. Sure enough, I have been accidently doubling my TRT dose. After the bulking dose amount, it seemed small, but I was doing calculations the other day and realized I was pinning 0.8ml instead of 0.4ml of 200mg/ml test-cyp. Sure enough, my blood work shows it.

It is allergy season and my Eos and White Blood Cells show this. I need to start taking my liver supps again, my ALT and AST are a little high. Now that I am also taking Proviron, I see I no longer need to take my AI at all, since a double dose of test has me at 12.6. Good to know.

Saturday I helped with the roof again, carrying up the last 2800 pounds of shingles, in 90 pound bags, in about 1 hour. I have to say, my strength has greatly improved over the several months! I would carry 6 bags (one at a time) up the ladder, take a 5 minute break and rehydrate, then continue. I told them I could only help for an hour or so. When I left, my brother in law (whose roof it is) thanked me for carrying some bags up and asked how many there were left to carry...after seeing none he was quite shocked. Felt good. I told him I was either going to the gym or moving bags to the roof, so I might as well help and move bags. :)

If anyone doubts the gains that can be made while under the tutelage of 3J, doubt no more. I was a fat weakling only a few months ago...now I can carry heavy shingle bags without dying!

Here are my stats.

Thanks. I personally think it is a bit dry, with all the stats and such. I have to remember to update my weights pushed tomorrow (today).
