Just wanted to share my progress over the past 2 and a half years :) the first set of pictures was all within 6-8 months of training

nice work bro; so the pics span 2 years? Looks like a nice gain in that period. You are super lean, so id say try to add some more mass thru diet. You might look up 3J in the diet section - I am sure he could help you gain 20 lbs of lean muscle in the next year by tweaking yuor diet.

Good progress - I wouldnt go near steroids atm - you could fill out a lot natty now and have testosterone oozing from your pores at 19! Keep it up!

Thanks man! Yeah i've been training for 2 and a half years coming up on 3 years soon I started off at 135 lbs finally made my way up to 215-220 I would love to be able to put on another 20 lbs of lean mass within the next year so i'll definitely check out the diet tweak! Yeah I won't be touching aas until I reach my natural peak i'm thinking around 23-24 maybe if I get serious in bodybuilding

Dude that's awesome. Your doing it the right way. I just wish youngsters would have your attitude and outlook on aas. No one wants to wait they all want the quick result. Look what two years hard work and food can do. Good shit bro. I just wish more teens would understand what they have naturally.
 
Means alot man thank you! I know man it's sad i've seen so many kids mess themselves up already, one kid was so depressed from losing his gains from aas he hasn't been to the gym in 2 years :/. You're absolutely right how they think it's a quick and easy way but they already have the potential to get big and lean they just need to push hard and eat good! I've thought about aas but I did my research and there's no point right now for me, it's all about training and diet!

Dude very impressive .....great progress..continue on the road your on and youll be a beast at 23.....keep packing on quality muscle..nice seeing a 19yr old with BB knowledge..
 
Squat is at 315 for 12 reps! Upping it next week! Jmeals thanks man it means alot to me :) I was reading about you in another post you look incredible for your age man! My dad got me started for my first 6 months then slowly let me start going on my own(he got a little lazy (; ) but ever since I've loved every gym sesh and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon!
 
very nice work buddy. You've done more naturally than a lot of guys do with aas. Keep it up and you definitely have a nice future in bodybuilding.
