Need a bulk meal plan really bad!

I have heard about eating bagels and peanut butter. Will definately try it out. I assume whole wheat bagels?

If you are in fact as severe an ecto as you say, white flour isnt going to make much of a difference.

RJ's point about fast food was more about you need to eat big calories and often. It doesnt have to be fast food although thats one way of getting huge calories.

PB&J sandwiches are great for bulking, eat 3 or 4 or them a day. There are easy ways to significantly increase your caloric intake.
 
yes. i am. why do you hate fast food? if its because you are worried about the fat content, then you are failing to understand how to get big.

Hell, you can make burgers at home if you want.

Basically you want the most calorie dense foods you can get your hands on.

Come on rj u know u can make calorie dense food at home without resorting to the crap they serve u at fast food joint.

And just to throw it out there. The combination of pb and th insulin spike jam and bread give u is not on my good list of foods. Yea pb is great for u but eaten at the right time with the right combination of foods
 
Bulking doesnt mean getting fat. It means putting on lbm with minimal fat. That food choice doesnt follow that philosophy
 
Man, a person can really over think something like this. At some point you do just have to eat more calories.

If i'm trying to bump up calories I usually do it via fat not carbs. The effect on your insulin sensitivity is not as deleterious as if you go around drinking sugar water.

You want to stay as insulin sensitive as possible and take advantage of that PWO>

Just a couple of ideas:
1. Hummos (dip veggies in this it has 70cal/oz)
2. almonds/walnuts
3. olives (5 olives has 25 cal)
4. i'll bump up fish oil to get in more calories too.

when i get board with that will eat some dark chocolate because it taste good.

I understand the need to not wanna put on fat, but this little guy is 155lbs man. Give me a break. He should be eating every piece of calorie dense food he can get down on a daily basis. That includes fast food.

You gotta forget sometimes that you were chubby back in the day. Sometimes i think your subconscious gets the best of your diet advice when talking to the skinny fucks. :D

btw, i just saw this dudes thread title about his first cycle, so really anything we say he's not gonna listen to anyway as he is dumb enough to start a first cycle at 155lbs.
 
Anyone can stuff their face with crap. Shit thats why we have the obesity we do in america. Dont be dumb guys. Be smart about what u eat. Bulking does not equal to a free ride on ur diet. Im not saying u cant indulge on a bulk. But stuffing pb n j and burgers down ur throat daily is not something ill condone. Yes u have to eat big to get big. Yes u need calorie dense foods. But if u go to my free diet advice thread n look at my sample bulk u wont see one pb n j or gburger in there and its well over 4k in clories. Be smart u have one body. U dont get another one

I get what ur sayin rj. I really do and agree with u for the most part. Its just about learning healthy habits not shitty onesand he would be a complete idiot to start a cycle at his stats.

Unless ur having a cheat meal. Never. The mixture of carbs and fats will only store fat. Think about it u spike ur insulin and have energy from the carbs. Whatta ya think will happen to the energy left over???

Im not saying u cant get away with it. Im saying there are much more optimal ways to get calories in
 
I was only gonna have 1 bagel with pb a day... Wasn't gonna eat like 5 and count it as my meals for the day or anything. I plan on doing that and eating 2 meals with beef ( steak and ground beef) 1 meal with fish, 1 meal with pasta, and all the snacks like the bagel in between meals

Take that bagel ane have it pwo with ur shake and leave the pb for the last meal of the day. Itll do 10 times the goodnness for u there

Listen bro. U dont need much to bulk. 3000 calories a day would do wonders for u

250g protein
350g carbs
66g fats

Ok I will start at 3500 :) I just need help with all this macro nutrient stuff and the different ratios of carbs:protein:fat etc.
