I have heard about eating bagels and peanut butter. Will definately try it out. I assume whole wheat bagels?
If you are in fact as severe an ecto as you say, white flour isnt going to make much of a difference.
RJ's point about fast food was more about you need to eat big calories and often. It doesnt have to be fast food although thats one way of getting huge calories.
PB&J sandwiches are great for bulking, eat 3 or 4 or them a day. There are easy ways to significantly increase your caloric intake.
